Today I spent $42 for three meals, I went home and gave my daughters their meals and noticed that my meal was missing so that means I only got two meals. I drive back to DQ for the missing third meal and they said they put it in the bag because it’s only three of them working and they would know. I never make a fuss and cause any complaints. But when you spend $42 and you’re missing a meal, it’s too much money for me to lose. They wanted me to bring the bag with the burgers and fries but I told them that I gave them to my daughters and they were already eating them so I couldn’t bring it back. They told me to call my daughter and I did a video call with her. She told me exactly, (what I told them), what was in there and my meal was missing. She was eating the burger while we were doing the video call. I showed my receipt. They didn’t want to see it. Because they didn’t want to deal with me I’m assuming. I have a feeling that someone forgot to make my burger and didn’t want to tell the truth because they were afraid of getting yelled at. They just decided to make the burger. They gave me the bag and they also forgot to give me the fries again. I decided to not go back and just not deal with it. For future orders with them, make sure you check everything in front of them so that they can take care of any missing items. That was so frustrating having to drive back to DQ just to get told that I’m lying. This restaurant in this location needs to get better management because they’re always low staff. And I’m guessing it’s because they don’t have a good work environment. Do better Dairy Queen!

The Lewisburg Dairy Queen’s continuously SLOW service needs to be recognized as the WORST service anywhere in the fast food industry. I love a vanilla cone but I know I will pay very dearly on time. I kid you NOT, they are ALWAYS slow… I live in town!

Would give no stars if possible. Pulled up 30 minutes before 8:00 and they said sorry we are only serving ice cream cause we close at 8. This place needs to be shut down when you are at work you work till closing you don’t shut down 30 minutes before because your to lazy to do your job. I hate this place. I am also a door dasher and I hate picking up orders here because lobby is always closed, and my window doesn’t work so it’s hard going through a drive through. Should fire whole crew and start new or owner should shut down immediately.Bunch of clowns

Doors were locked. Went through drive thru, and they had no ice cream, ranch, gravy, or queso dips. Food tasted terrible. Don’t waste your time at this one!

I visited this store at 7:45pm. I tried to go inside and order but the doors were locked, so I went through the drive thru and no one ever answered through the speaker so I drove around to the window and I could clearly see an employee sitting inside crouched down like she was trying to hide and on her phone. The employee knew I was there trying to order and she completely ignored me. This location needs to shut down because the service here is horrible. The employees are just being plain lazy and are not wanting to serve customers.

Pulled into drive thru at 745. Ordered cheeseburger but the employee said we close at 10pm so we are not cooking anymore burgers but we can do chicken. Huh?…Its 745! I would encourage the owner of this store to read these reviews. From all the other responses it looks like corporate is just giving a standard response.

Service is usually OK and food is usually decent, but we’ve had issues with a couple of things, like today when I ordered a cheeseburger aka the Ketchup & Mustard Sundae. Literally at least a tablespoon of each on a small burger, probably more. On the patty and the outside of the bun too. Couldn’t taste anything else, even after repeatedly trying to wipe it off. I won’t take a star away only because everything else today was good, but that is beyond ridiculous.
