What an absolute nightmare. One wrap, one sandwich took almost an hour and flirty minutes. (I live barely more than 10 min from the store) Delivery driver had issues with their car (not their fault, no way blaming driver) so their only other driver, an older gentleman named Jim I believe, who was a total gem, was stuck doing ALL deliveries on his own. He did get lost (the store prints out directions and they didn’t even provide him the correct address or directions, he went up north almost 10 min more away.)

This is an awful location. I ordered from them and one of my sandwiches was missing cheese which on a coarser sandwich is most of the sandwich. When I called they said they could not get cheese from their supplier or any other food supplier so they were sending out incomplete sandwich’s. When I protested, they said they would give me a credit for the full sandwich and that it would be under my phone number when I ordered next. Just tried to use that credit and shocker, the clerk I talked to never recorded the credit. The manager who I talked to about this couldn’t have cared less. He said the best he could do was a credit for the missing mozzarella. He sounded bored the entire conversation and had zero empathy. No apologies, noting, just bored disinterest. He had zero interest in trying to make anything right. All I got was boredom with having to talk to me. Run away from this location at all costs.

They kept a sandwich on their app that they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. Instead of contacting us they made a caprese sandwich without the mozzarella and sent it, half frozen and blamed us for ordering something that they say they aren’t advertising when we asked them to make it right.

My co-worker and I made an online order. She notified me that she only had one piece of meat in her sandwich. When I finally get to eat my food. This is what I get one piece of meat also. When we called the store because my co-worker had already eaten her food and our issue was the meat, we received a 3$ off our next order. Wow just wow.

DO NOT eat here. Aside from the steadily declining service and quality, I ordered a club last night with mayo, bacon and oil and vinegar added. I now have a bad case of food poisoning. I’ll be reporting this to the Adams county health department.

It’s jimmy johns. The main gripe I have with this location is the poor delivery service. I am currently in the hospital with my wife, and we ordered food to be delivered to the main entrance. No call was made when it was delivered. Just handed it to the security guard. Also, don’t rely on their delivery tracker because they don’t update it, mine still only says order received, nothing on its way. For freaky fast delivery, we ended up getting our food close to two hours later. They offered now apology or compensation for the poor service.

I came here after shipping at Sam’s Club. I sat for a long time in the drive through even though there was only 1 car. When I was asked what I would like I said 2 JJBLT’s and before I could give my special instructions the person on the speaker, Gabriel, talked over me and didn’t give me a chance to say my special instructions. After he was done talking I actually felt I had to ask if i could talk so I could give my special instructions. The store wasn’t that busy there was no reason to be rude to me and not listen to my request until HE was ready for it. I will give them 1 more chance but if it happens again I will not return.

They were freaky fast tonight. Placed order online at 7:28. Had my sandwich in hand at 7:40. That’s 12 minutes! And at least half that is travel to my house. Sandwich was made perfect and cut in half per instructions. Made me and my tummy happy thanks JJs!
