I am not normally a complainer. I understand people have bad days. This is not that kind of situation. I ordered grilled cheese for my daughter. The bread was raw- not toasted or grilled, and the cheese half melted, half uncooked. They obviously microwaved it for a few seconds. They were not busy, btw, we were the only customers in the store. The Boston cream donut she got had no cream in it- none, not even a hint of cream. It was a plain donut with chocolate on top. I got her a hot chocolate drink and there were sticky chocolate fingerprints all over the outside of the cup. I ordered a donut that was supposed to have vanilla cream in it and it had about 1/4 tsp of cream – just so it showed on the outside, and a dab on the inside. The quality of Duncan Donuts has been deteriorating steadily over the last couple of years in general, but I have never seen anything like this. This store is a hot mess. We are just never going to Duncan again – we’re done.

Drive through they take your order they make you wait there until they tell you to pull around. Keep in mind they are not busy and no one else is in line. Then when you get to the window they tell you they don’t have half the food you order or they are out of bread croissants. Etc this is on a daily basis all hours of the day. 6am 7am 2pm it doesn’t matter. It is very frustrating and when you are lucky to finally get an avocado toast it’s hard as a rock you can’t even eat it! Employees are rude!!!! Manager needs to learn how to order food there is no excuse to always be out of popular food items and you are never busy to say you just ran out an hour after you open your doors.

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ in America. Half their menu is perpetually unavailable and they will consistently char your sandwich. Every. Single. Time. Even with gas prices this high, it’s worth going one or two more exits down to the Dunkin’ on Garden or Hwy 50 in Titusville. What a joke.

I’m a daily customer and I purchase two large ice teas 7 days a week. Normally I pay 3.62 for both of them, and today I was informed they were bought out and now those two beverages cost me 7.47. There is no iced tea worth almost $4 a piece. Sadly, I will not be back.

Four or five people working, which is fine, but service took forever and they kept pushing the drive thru so much that I waited for a few sandwiches for 20 minutes and the line went out the door. The floor was disgusting near the donuts and bathroom. Employees were friendly.

I only came in for a LG coffee and a bavarian cream donut. At 11am donut supply was lacking. When it came my turn in line the cashier didn’t acknowledge me, she proceeded to put some receipts on cups and was writing on the receipt. After at least 4 minutes she finally said excuse me I’ll be right with you. She than walked away. Returning about 5 minutes later. Finally taking my order. As you’ll see in pic donut supply was very low. I didn’t get my donut as any that I like weren’t there. I live close to this Dunkin donuts and won’t be returning. I’ll drive a little further for better service and to be able to get a donut.
