Bad experience. Lettuce on burrito bowl is so bad. It’s brown in places. People are going to get sick! Orders are stolen a lot and then you have to sit and wait for it to be remade. Employees there have no sense of customer service and seem totally clueless. Also they didn’t have cheese.

This location has gone downhill rapidly. Used to be great. I’ve been a couple of times over the last few months and it’s always dirty, understaffed, and most of the time they aren’t taking in-person orders. Will most likely not be back.

Went to Chipotle last night because I’m dealing with grief and struggling to feed myself. The young man who helped us provided enthusiasm like he was paid $100/hour. He was so kind, so friendly, so passionate making our meals, and was doing his job top notch. He got the upsell without selling to us, but because of his attitude. It was a great way to brighten a gloomy day. Food was spot on and precisely what I wanted.

This location is sadly part of the trend of declining quality in chipotle restaurants nationwide. I have gone to this chipotle 10+ times in the last couple months and have been disappointed 90% of the time. My most recent experience was that I received a completely wrong order and didn’t find out until I got back to work to eat. I reported it on the app and the only thing I got as compensation was a free drink. This company has no shame in screwing over their employees and their customers and I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

My husband and I came to this location for lunch, and while I think they were coming off of a lunch rush, there’s no excuse for the service we received. We were both excited to get the chicken Al pastor, but even though they still had a sign up, they said they were no longer serving it. We got different meats in our bowls instead, but the portions on everything were so minuscule that the final bowl after checking out was barely half full. Neither of us were offered beans either. One of the workers was also very rude to my husband, and she was also very short with me.

Incredibly disappointed with this Chipotle. I placed an order online and paid for a double meat bowl (steak and carnitas). When I received my bowl, not only was I missing all of my steak, I was also missing most of my toppings (corn salsa, red hot salsa, green salsa, sour cream, and fajitas veggies). If you’re out of that many items, simply let the customer know so I can order somewhere else. Paying $20 for a bowl and receiving less than half of what I ordered is honestly unacceptable.

The place was so dirty, five tables needed to be wiped down, all the trash cans were overflowing, the stainless steel on the counters and steam table needed a good wiped down. This wasn’t a labor issue there were 8 members on staff. I’m sure the rush was pretty heavy but it take 5 minutes for a team that big to get the place cleaned up. I wrote this to bring this to attention to management because you guys do a good job and shouldn’t be overlooking stuff like this.
