I didn’t receive my order(I had a camera recording my porch the whole time) I called pizza hut to say I didn’t receive my order, the delivery driver said he delivered it but again I never caught him on camera. They did redeliever my pizza which I’m grateful for but they were very rude on thr phone basically calling me a lie-er. Just overall not a good expoerence.

Went to the central point Oregon location my order was wrong (the refunds to fix it saying I was wrong) the pizza was stone cold. (I live 7 minutes from the place) and waited a long time to speak with the manger who was in the back and never came out. The two employees they had were rude and the one I told my order was wrong hide in the back

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. Today my pizza tasted really bland. The sauce barely tasted like much and even the crust had just no flavor to it. Definitely I’ll be visiting the Domino’s in Central Point instead

Ordered pizza 2/4/23 for my sons 6th birthday and we picked up within 20-30 minutes of ordering and the pizza was already room temperature and tasted as if it had been sitting on a counter for a while, they were so stingy with the toppings that we may as well of just ordered plain cheese, I even ordered extra cheese on one and there was no more in comparison to the other and yet for two large 3 topping pizzas and some breadsticks which were supposed to be on a special and a tiny personal pizza we still paid almost $60 (including $8 tip). Haven’t had pizza hut in a long time so decided to try it again since I have such nostalgic memories of when they actually tried and were good, but now I see why they are surely going under. Do better pizza hut you just lost yet another customer! My son couldn’t even eat his birthday pizza and got sick after to boot so needless to say we won’t be back! Lol

Thursday Jan 5 2022. I placed a order online. When I had completed my order. The. Screen said would you like to track your order it would be 25 to35 minutes. So I excepted track my order. Fifty minutes had passed so I decided to call the pizza hut since I had placed my order online to make sure everything s okay. I listened to the options choice numbe three the phone rang and rang no answer. Then the tracker had finally sent that my pizza was out for delivery. Another forty five minutes had passed still no pizza . I called three more times no answer. I then tried to call the south Medford pizza hut they answered and was no help. They told me that the area manager is on vacation and they couldn’t help me. I don’t like having to leave bad reviews,but when a single dad works hard all day and spends fifty to six rollers to feed his kids. Then to eat cold food on top of it all. What is this world coming to. No one has consequences for their actions,so they treat customers however they wish. Thank you pizza hut for the huge waste of my time and money.

I love pizza hut pizza! However, for whatever reason the service has gone so far downhill it’s unreal! They use an answering service that’s a pain, and you cannot get ahold of any one at the actual store location! I will say our delivery driver was great! I felt bad for her because the store itself and communication to the store is impossible!

Super rude! I was short on my order, I could see it wasn’t on the receipt. A very argumentative girl came up and was less than pleasant for sure I am assuming she was a regular employee as her clothes were filthy her appearance was very unclean! I tried to fix the issue by re ordering the missing item and was informed it would be a long wait. Very very rude! Will never return due to bad treatment as well as I feel like I pulled my pizza from the garbage. It is discouraging to see employees handling food with dirt under their fingernails.
