I’ve been going to This Firehouse Subs at least 3 to 4 times a week since the spring. Their food has always been fresh, hot and excellent service. This summer I began to get their salads & they have been outstanding, but the last two times the lettuce has been bad; browning, wilting with a excess of water in the bottom of the bowls. Today I had to throw them away & will not be back. If you can’t throw away bad stock that is suppose to be fresh & crisp and plainly seen then what’s going on with what we can’t see.

Order is wrong almost every time and I unfortunately love firehouse and only have one in our area. They will ALWAYS mess it up in some minor way that gets increasingly annoying, or costs money (paying for extra bacon, cheese, meat, etc. just to end up not getting it) and you can tell their pickles have been sitting in the “chill” tub on the counter for too long, majority of the time

I have never been to a firehouse sub before today. I was given a gift card by my employer. The app and online order system was down. I called to confirm. The lady that answered the phone, when I asked if there system were down, said, “well I turned the tablet on”. So I went to this location to order my food. The restaurant was busy but most had already received there food. There were three others waiting ahead if me. They are 3 workers. 40 minutes later, I got my food. Whomever runs this location might want to have a few more people working to help get orders out faster.

A friend suggested trying firehouse subs, definitely didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing, service was even better the cashier even went into telling me the history of the company when I stated I had never been. I love that they do have an option for gluten free bread even though it is pricy. The staff even changed gloves and made sure the surfaces were cleaned while making my sandwich!

Clean, professional, and quite tasty. I had never tried Firehouse because I was under the assumption that they only had hot Subs. This is not the case, you can order any of their subs hot or cold. They also have a variety of soups, chili, mac and cheese and side salads. I will definitely visit again.

Awful. Placed order in app. App stated order would be ready at 12:30. Arrived at 12:35, order not ready. Asked desk at 12:40 if order was close to ready. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. At 12:50 asked if order was ready. Was told they didn’t have the ingredients and asked if I could pick different sandwich. I did. At 1:10 I asked if my order was ready and they stated they gave it to someone else. I asked for a refund. No one knew how to give a refund. I left without a sandwich or a refund. Not going back to this location. Called the store several hours later and talked to the manager, hoping to get a refund. The manager couldn’t seem to figure out how to give me a refund and asked for my credit card number several times.
