This was my first time ordering Papa Johns, it was ordered through Door Dash. The food arrived in a very timely manner, but the quality was absolutely horrible! First, the pizza and wings were cold and I am only a few minutes away, there were no other deliveries before me. The pizza tasted like chewy saltine crackers with a very sweet and thick sauce, was not good….the wings were very burnt and looked like small black cockroaches! Probably the worst wings I have ever had! To sum it up, the food was horrible!

I used to love Papa John’s but lately haven’t been as pleased. The last two times I’ve ordered ahead pickup and I get notification that they’re complete 30 min early. I set a time for a reason because that’s when I plan to pick up so then I get not fresh pizza. Plus, last night I had two sets of bread sticks and both were burnt. They were done 30 min before I came to pick up and no one thought to remake them?! I usually don’t check before I drive home but if I order here again I guess I will have to be my own quality control.

So the last couple times we ordered the app said the pizza was “on its way”. then 20+ minutes later it finally shows up. we are like 5 minutes from the store. both times the pizza was warn…not hot….the cheese was already getting solid. they must make multiple stops. not good.

If I could give 0 starts I would. They messed up my original order, spoke to the manager and he told me I could be compensated for anything I wanted to order toward a future purchase. Then I call to make an oder then I have another manager telling me something different, and then gladly hung up on me with no resolve and said the other manager miss informed me, which is yet another mistake on their part. Horrible customer service, never again.

There is a reason this store has a low review rating. Horrible customer service. I have a fundraiser card I purchased that includes a buy one get one free pizza from Papa Johns. When I tried to purchase online, the code didn’t work. I called to explain and they just said “sorry. Nothing we can do. Talk to the person you bought the card from.” I called the Baseline location and they listened to me and honored the discount. Baseline location for the win. I usually go there anyway, I just thought I would try Val Vista bc it is slightly closer. I won’t make that mistake again.

I ordered a large supreme works with everything and a brownie. The app made a mistake and deleted everything except for the brownie. I waited 90 minutes for my order to get dropped off and all I got was the brown. When I called and spoke with the manager he said so sorry that happened to you have a nice day. I’ve been eating Papa John’s for the last 20 years and never again. He just lost a lifelong customer.
