If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would !!! I live about 10 minutes and me and my family were hungry but we were just to tired to even drive so we ordered from uber eats. The order was picked up quickly so I was expecting the food to be in excellent condition but when we opened the containers, the food look like it had been sitting there for an hour or something or like if they got it from their waste bin. TERRIBLEEEE thankfully Uber eats refunded our money because this is absolutely unacceptable!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Food is always good but for Christ sake. After you pay they say 7 minutes wait. Pull around and sit for almost 15. Check order guess what? Order was incorrect, no dipping sauce and no silverware. Have to run in to store in the rain to correct things. Ugh. We are paying higher prices for food so they can pay workers a little better. Why? Customer service sucks. If I’m waiting longer at least double check order before it goes out. Rant over.

My experience was horrible! Last night (04.02.23) I visited the location at 2815 London Groveport Road. I went through the drive-thru at 10:00 PM and attempted to order the 16-piece family meal and was told that they didn’t have enough chicken to accommodate my order. I then asked if they could make the chicken and was told, “No. They had already shut down the fryers in preparation of closing.” I then asked if they had any chicken tenders and was told no as well. What is the point of staying open until 10:30 if you don’t have any chicken available to offer your customers. Needless to say, I was very upset because I had been promising my daughter and her friends KFC for their sleepover. Mike was the staff at the window and the one who I communicated with through-out this encounter. I then asked for his managers contact information and he provided me with a phone number for a gentleman by the name of Ed. Before leaving the parking lot I contacted Ed and was told basically the same thing Mike said… that they had already shut down the fryers, so I was out of luck. The customer service that I received from both of these staff members was extremely unprofessional. I work as A GM for Holiday Inn Express and deal with unhappy guests all the time. To be told that the place that serves chicken doesn’t have any chicken 30 minutes prior to close is ridiculous and unacceptable. I then asked for the contact information of the manager that Ed reports to and was told that his name was Ted and I would have to come to the store at 1:30 PM on 04.03.23 to receive his contact information. The whole interaction was extremely shady. I would like to be contacted by the Franchise’s top manager and/or a Corporate manager that is accountable for this location’s performance. I would like to believe that KFC as a corporation is not condoning this type or performance and unprofessional hospitality!

I seldom write reviews but I’ve never been to a KFC that wasn’t good until the KFC on London Groveport Rd in Grove City. My order was wrong ( it happens) but the gravy was literally inedible. Basically, the chicken was the only thing that was ok. Here’s hoping management reads these reviews and puts this location right.
