This is now the second time we have ordered from this location and received undercooked, soggy food. In particular, anything fried here (pickles, mozzarella sticks) comes undercooked. Disgusting.

If you get wings, they won’t actually toss your dry rub wings. They will barely put anything on the chicken ( if any at all) in the box. It looked awful and wasn’t good, we will not be ordering from here again

I’ve eaten here a few times and have yet to have a bad experience. In particular, Noah at your store was very helpful and had a great attitude. Order was perfect, he got me in and out of there super fast with no issues.

We placed an order, picked it up, got home, and out of 4 meals and drinks, they got ONE sandwich correct. It was after a very long day, hungry tired family, etc. I tried calling the phone number, for several days, nobody ever answered, no option to leave a voicemail, never could get anyone on the phone from the Parker location. So I went on their website, I sent a communication about getting a refund. I received a call back from a guy in Longmont who wasn’t even affiliated with the Parker location. Still have never heard back from the Parker location. They never made it right. They never called me back, replied in writing, nothing. We spent over $100, left a very nice tip, and got about $8 bucks worth of food that we paid for. I don’t mind the mistake, things happen, but I do mind the disregard and lack of ability to speak with someone about it. And it’s a shame, this is one of our favorite restaurants, we were so excited to see there’s a new Parker location, but now – we still drive all the way to Park Meadows and go to that location (they’re awesome) to avoid this situation going forward.

Ordered wedges with our burgers but when I arrived I was informed they were out if wedges. A call would have been nice to discuss alternatives. Burgers seemed dry but we did takeout so I can deal with that. Bone in wings were very good. Boneless weren’t horrible. Onion rings (replacement for fries as reg fries have never been good) were terrible and drenched in grease. I was also informed “nobody is in charge right now”. Could be part of the problem.

I love wings and eat them pretty regularly(once a week). I have been to many BDubs all over the country and I can certainly say that “this is the worst”! The person taking the order was nice and that was pretty much the only good thing about this place! I ordered: Traditional, All Flats, Extra Sauce(DESERT HEAT), Extra Crispy! The order had total of 6 actual wings(drumsticks and flats both) and 4 weird looking pieces. There was barely any sauce. Wings were also not extra crispy.
