Made an order on the app and when went there to pick it up, they were closed. The employees were rude and acted like they didn’t know what was going on. Even was told the machine is down so they can’t make any of my order anyways. So I requested a refund through the app. The “manager” emailed me stating she checked cameras and transaction records and they were open until 7pm. She even tried to tell me I went to the wrong Dunkin. She stated they stop mobile orders at 6:30p so I screen shot my order that was placed at 6:40p and told her to check the cameras and described my car make, model, and color proving I was there before 7p to pick my order up. Obviously you didn’t check cause you would have seen the whole thing go down at 6:55p. I have proof to back my claim up, I suggest you always have it for yourselves when dealing with Dunkin. Don’t waste your money on this location. The employees are rude, food never made right, and it’s always the customers fault to them.

Walked in and could see the staff was busy fulfilling orders for drive through so we waited patiently. But no one said anything to us for over 5 minutes as we stood in front of the register waiting to order. 4 different Staff walked right past us and said nothing about being right with us. Until we finally asked 2 staff and one responded kinda rudly said that they are taking orders over here, referring to the pick up window area, and didnt acknowledge us further. We promptly left.

The signature white chocolate mocha caramel latte with an espresso shot is absolutely the pick me up I needed after work. Manager had the place super busy and ran smoothly. I was impressed with the flow of the business an still took my order. The girls were very friendly an quick.

Went through the drive in the lady was very rude when I ordered. They were out of all bagels except everything bagel and when I got my sandwich all the seassining on my Bagel were burnt to a char. Worst dunkin I’ve been to in years

They abuse their employees mentally and emotionally. The managers take advantage of their workers. Leaving them at the store alone for hours, expected to do the work of 5 people all alone. Even after being there for almost 12 hours, they want you to stay longer. This place is garbage. Ready to call corporate on the managers in there

If I’m lucky and someone decides to actually put together the machine that makes the frozen drinks, I get cups that are filled 3/4 way and they don’t make my drinks right. If you call to make a complaint they never answer the phone. For the amount of money your spending on these drinks, the least the could do is make them right. It’s not rocket science. The machines tell u what to put in them. Also, don’t go there on a Sunday. The wait is crazy. They never ever have enough staff. They pull u ahead and you wait 5 minutes for your drinks (2)

BEWARE of this location they are very slow, and they are very rude and disrespectful to their customer, they also take your money and don’t give you your items and or a refund and then they threaten you with the police because they don’t give you your items or money back when you ask for it back. Also, if you leave this location a negative review the manger calls you on the phone and tell you to stop ordering from her location because one it makes her look bad and she does not want to fix issues there that accrue their and two she does not want customer to leave negative reviews period. So i encourage you to ask for your receipt because they are supposed to give every a receipt and then i encourage every customer to start leaving a god honest review about this location and or google reviews like i am doing now so that upper management looks at the reviews too but she may not like your review or comments so she may band you from her store like she did with me because she does not like negative review which was the god honest trust about here store.
