Ordered a delivery and after waiting over an hour for it to arrive I called to check on my order, they informed me that door dash actually does there deliveries and the dasher stole our food and they never contacted to let us know. Then didn’t even try to rectify the situation. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing delivery especially if you have limited funds and children to feed.

The employees here deserve more money. The conditions they work in suck, and it’s usually really busy during meal times. The corporation should do more for the employees of this location. They do great job for what the company has given. I actually won’t go back because I’d feel bad for adding to their work load.

I placed my order online from work as a treat to my crew. I got there right at the deadline and was told it would still be another 6 mins. Another customer walked in after me, and had her order right away. I only ordered 3 pizzas and I placed the order as soon as they were open to do so. I also set the pickup time for an hour and 15 mins after, as not to rush them. Why place an order online if you are going to still have to wait for what ended up being another 15 mins? Highly disappointed.

Placed order and they said never received but yet it’s allowing me to track it. They said order was cancelled on my end however I pulled up confirmation and tracking. Never got out pizzas but I have a order history saying I did. Crew just wanted to take my kids pizza home for themselves. Got pictures but I’m sure it’ll do know good and they’ll keep treating customers that way.

We called and ordered a total of 8 pizzas, only to get there to be told that the pizzas weren’t made because they weren’t paid for!!! Why take the order?? Then to ask for a manager and she (Melissa) refused to come and explain!! How rude!! My daughter’s party was ruined because of this and I want answers!!!
