Stuff crust Pizza was delivered not cooked all the way (still very doughy) yesterday. Very greasy, very expensive.. if you are going to charge that high, learn how to cook a pizza the right away. My 10 year old cooks better than this.

Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza supposed to come with green peppers they put mushrooms on it. Thankfully I liked mushrooms but I was really looking forward to the green peppers. Don’t know if they were out of green peppers or not. And they thought hey let’s just substitute them for this.

Ordered 2 pizzas and we got this (see pics). Was about to call store and then read reviews. Note for the future, ask to see the pizza when the apprehensive delivery kid won’t hand them to you before he grabs your money. Never making the mistake of ordering here again.

The pizza arrived burnt and poorly made (almost half of slices were crust with no toppings). The cheese bread sticks were completely burnt, dry, and inedible. I called the store and shared my concerns with the manager, Sean, who said that he personally topped the pizzas and he was sorry I was dissatisfied but that’s the way the pizzas are topped. If that’s the way that Pizza Hut serves it’s food we will not be ordering pizza from here again. I am happy to share that the pasta did arrive without being burnt (should I have to congratulate on edible food?) and was very good, so kudos to whoever was on pasta prep today. Finally, Sean was argumentative and defensive and did not even apologize for the food being burnt. As a manager his poor handling of the situation at the store level led me to go to the corporate level. Such customer service is not at all becoming of a store manager.

Ordered at 5:00, got text saying it would be coming by DoorDash. 5:40 text says its on the way. 5:48 says deliverer is approaching the house. 5:51 says it was delivered. It was not delivered. 6:18 I call the store. Rings and rings. Try again, instead of the store I get the call center who apparently employs very few people who speak English. He tells me it will be delivered in “7-8 minutes” and hangs up on me. I keep waiting. I call again, get the call center again, who puts me through to the actual store. He says yeah we’ve been busy, but he “literally just sent it out the door”. I said what about the text that said it was delivered, he says well that’s not us, that’s DoorDash. That was 6:56. Pizza never arrives. Any calls send me to this Mexican call center who can’t help me. I try to send a message on the app, some glitch won’t let me send the message. The 1-800 number says for any issues please call the store or use our handy app. I have never had so much worthless runaround and apathy from any institution, and it was all about a mere pizza! Between DoorDash and Pizza Hut it was a miserable experience from beginning to end. I’m attempting to get my money refunded and I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anytime in the future. From the other reviews here, I’m not alone.

Ordered before they opened and watched for the update, said it was on its way we are very close so after 30 minutes I called to check. They said door dash had picked it up 40 minutes prior, I had no idea they used door dash for delivery. They quickly remade it and a worker from the store brought it to us himself. Absolutely fantastic customer service. They went out of their way to make it right and I really appreciated it. While we don’t order pizza often will be sure to use them when we do!
