Go thru the drive through I’m new to Taco Bell breakfast I ordered my food the day before a friend brought me a burrito everything good but I found it odd it had a bunch of tomato so today I said no Tom didn’t see it on the screen once at the window the young girl in the drive thru I asked can u make sure there no tomatoes on my burrito she tells me it doesn’t come with it so I told her it was loaded yesterday and I did use the word disgusting unfortunately I hate tomatoes she at that point didnt seem to care hurried up and handed me my food and shut the window I’m going to work so I had to go and I’m pretty much eating just a tortilla wrap will not be returning for breakfast very upsetting and the service no thank you

Worse location ever! I’ve had 3 specific encounters with Norma V at the drive thru window specifically as she is typically the one at the drive thru window in most cases. She has been completely disrespectful and unprofessional each time. This morning will be the last time I ever go to this specific location. I was charged $18.79 after I only ordered my typical $5 breakfast crunch wrap. I was handed a bag with 4 breakfast grande burritos that was obviously not the ordered that I placed. No big deal to me as I use to work in fast food chains myself for years early prior to my career. So I completely understand mistakes happen and occur. However After explaining to Norma politely that this isn’t the order I placed she immediately went into defense mode and got an attitude stating that “yes this is the order that you placed” I then stated that I only wanted a steak breakfast crunch wrap, she then continued to argue with me in a belligerent manner saying I ordered 4 burritos (2 sausage and 2 bacon), I told her she even repeated me back the steak crunch wrap order at the speaker and she told me the burritos is what they call wraps. At the point I realized we were not getting anywhere and she clearly was not interested in resolving the matter by refunding the extra amount I was charged and to just fix my order so I proceeded to ask for a full refund in which she had an attitude and snatched the food from my hands and proceeded with my refund. She then looked at me and said ok you can leave, I requested my refund receipt and she handed it and rolled her eyes. This will be my last time I ever go to that location!

The food was good but not worth the money. I ordered 2 combos and a nacho grande with a sm drink on the side. $36 dollars. It felt high. So I checked online and it showed my total was $25.66. Called to ask a manager why it was $10 more. Her reply was it’s cheaper to order online. That one of the combos was $2 more now. That still doesn’t add up for me.. I won’t be having anything to do with Taco Bell again. I don’t feel good about purchasing here.

I don’t understand what happened. I ordered my food through the drive-thru, the order was correct on the screen, and I get home and it’s not even remotely right. I asked for no cheese & sour cream, due to a dairy allergy. I open my chicken chalupa, and there’s a MOUND of sourcream and cheese, and no avocado that I paid extra for. For the crunchwrap, I asked for chicken, no cheese & no sour cream, add avocado & beans… I got ground beef in addition to the chicken… none of my actual request. This is literally the WORST Taco Bell.

Drive thru was busy so I went inside. Stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes! Not 1 single associate or Manager acknowledged i.was standing there RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM! They had to reach around me to pass a delivery order to a driver. Walked out without anything!
