Chima Steakhouse named after chimarrao, a traditional drink of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, that symbolizes hospitality and friendship-certainly lives up to its name. Legend has it, in South Brazil traditional gauchos (cowboys) would consume a diet that consisted almost entirely of beef. The meat was seasoned, placed on skewers, and slow cooked over a wood burning flame. Historically, gauchos were known for their generosity and hospitality.
Gauchos deliver all-you-can-eat meats at this modern-looking Brazilian eatery with a salad bar. Based on 3 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Price $$$

Ate here for my birthday. All the food was really amazing. I’ve eaten at 4 of these rodizio restaurants across the country. By far the best grilled pineapple I’ve ever eaten. The service was great very attentive waitress. They even gave me a free mini cheesecake for my birthday. Would definitely come back again.

Nice buffet (sanitize at counter while using tongs). They bring meats right to your table. As much as you can eat. Fillet, Ribeye. Lamb, Sirloin, shrimp, etc. The wait staff here is down right amazing. Helpful, courteous, and they explain everything. Decent new experience.

I came here for my brother’s birthday and staff was well receiving. First time at Chimas and the food was exceptional. If you’re an all meats person, you’ll love the place. I recommend the grilled pineapple if they have it available.

My husband and I went for an anniversary celebration, that visit was out the first time, and it was a great experience; the restaurant is really nice; they have a salad bar with plenty of options. The service was excellent. Would definitely come back again.

Took a father and son out that are contractors for me for his son’s birthday. First time being to Chima but have tried other Brazilian style steakhouses similar to this one. The father and son had never experienced it before. It’s a little pricey but you have to consider all the options you get along with a salad/appetizer bar that is enough by itself. The meats were good the seasoning is a little lacking but that’s expected. If you leave here hungry it’s definitely your own fault. The service was excellent. I would definitely go again. Only thing that I didn’t like was the grilled self peel shrimp. It was overcooked and hard to peel. The overall experience was great though. $245 for 3 people including tip was a little high but considering inflation and the food that is offered if you’re a big eater it isn’t too bad.

This is long overdue. We came for New years and had a great time! The food was excellent, and the drinks kept the fun going on an eventful evening. Highly recommend coming here and trying everything. We wish we could’ve kept eating!

Today I decided to visit one of the top 3 Steakhouses in my city. I lived for a few years in Brazil and I will try to be as impartial as possible. As for the meats, yes, everything is very similar and in general everything was very good. The server informed me that for the price I would pay I would have 14 or 16 different types of meat being offered in the rodizio. In twenty-five minutes I wasn’t offered more than ten types and still after approximately 15 minutes I had to ask a Gaucho to bring me sirloin steak if possible. The food served at the Buffet is very good, but I didn’t feel like I was in Brazil, I saw few really Brazilian items, the farofa saved the entire Buffet, very tasty. The 3 stars are due to the candle holder being completely dirty and the salt and pepper shakers being almost empty (See the last 3 photos). The caipirinha wasn’t well prepared, I didn’t feel the sugar or the fresh lemon, I’ve had much better ones on the beach paying a lot less. I believe paying more than $100 per person the place should improve these points, I hope you take this post as a constructive criticism. I must also leave a highlight for everyone who attended to me 5 stars for you, thanks to Nikolas you were very professional, success. I hope to return in the future and revisit these points and re-evaluate the place.

My husband and I ate here for our anniversary. I’ve been a vegetarian for 20+ years and they even had food for me! Our waiter, Blake went above and beyond. Every person who came out with food was so kind. We were impressed. We will come back and we can’t wait for our kids to try it. The fried bananas were my favorite. Blake made sure I had plenty of options to choose from. Great service, great food! Thank you, Blake!

Went here for our 2 year Anniversary! It was ok. I enjoyed the atmosphere the bar had alot of choices, just not things I cared for. The steak slivers were tasty, but the Pineapple was absolutely delicious! I expected more for the money but the experience was good!
