My first time coming to a firehouse subs and wasn’t really impressed. The service was ok, not rude. I got a Large Engineer Sub and a medium drink. The sub was ok, had a decent amount of meat for a sub. Didn’t take long for them to make it, but wasn’t really anything that special. The drink was pretty big for a medium so I wouldn’t really get anything larger than that. Overall this place was ok, but I don’t think I’d really recommend it to anyone as a place to go. The sub was kinda average sadly because I was looking forward to it.

as a lifetime supporter of firehouse subs, words cannot describe how deeply disappointed i am in this location. it all started when i walked in, there was a big line and the girl working there, dominique, was just on her phone the whole time ignoring the line. i was so hungry i decided to wait it out but i wish i never did. i had my kid with me, and when it was my daughters turn to order, the lady working was not patient with her whatsoever and made my daughter feel uncomfortable, she cried the entire way home. when i asked for extra tomatoes on my sandwich, dominique made a verbal gagging noise that really offended me. to console my child i had to reassure her that the mean lady will not be there ever again, and I hope upper management takes that into consideration. i asked for a manager and dominique said she was the manager. i doubt she really is due to her complete disregard for paying customers and lack of professionalism and i hope the real manager takes care of this problem, because i will never ever come back knowing that that lady still works there.

This is so sad. I love firehouse one of my favorites. But the people that are working there now make me never want to come back. I ordered online when I got there they were still closed. I arrived at 1035. THE time my food was supposed to be ready. Well about 5 minutes later they open and my food still wasn’t made and they were very rude about it. I was standing by the Togo stand with no food and no one spoke. Eben stood in front of someone. And then when asked they were like oh were making it. And then when it was ready the lady that made the food was very rude. I believe this will be my last time going. Very unfortunate.

The food I did receive was excellent but I ordered online and did not receive one drink and the side for my kids meal. The subs I did get were not labeled at all so everyone had to open each other’s sandwiches to determine what each one was. Incredible food but the customer service could use some work.

This entire experience was a disaster. I placed my $40 order for 2 sub combos, for 1:50 and arrived right then. When i arrived I was not greeted or spoken to at all, the employees were just talking behind the counter. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes *after my pickup time* only to receive 2 very poorly made sandwiches. The first had the wrong cheese, the bread was hard and overcooked, and had half the portion of toppings as usual. The second sub also had hard bread, while this had the correct cheese, it had no pickles, and the tomatoes tasted like cleaning supplies. After choking down a quarter of my sub i had to throw it away along with my $40. Would not recommend.

Honestly it was one of the best subs I ever had… although I was very disappointed in the way I was treated at this firehouse subs, everyone there was kind, generous, and quite frankly had good manners. I didn’t like that and the ordering process was short and quick… they got my order spot on and the sandwich was great. The service not so much, if I were to compare them to a animal I would say they are a very well behaved cheetah that loves people.

Moses checked me out last time and he was so respectful, entertaining, and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a while. I also appreciated hearing how well he spoke to the employees.
