I like McDonald’s always is good in the morning but the past 4-5 I came to this McDonald’s they’ve always gotten my order wrong. I always order steak, egg, cheese bagel and now I order the big breakfast with steak and hotcakes. And this location is never that busy. Today I ordered the same thing but now they gave me bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and my hot cakes with steak the just smushed in their as if it were too much to properly put it in. It looks like as if someone took out their frustration out on me because of what I ordered. And now because of this I’ve lost what little appetite I had left. I’m throwing it out my breakfast I don’t even want it any more. I gotten my money robbed from me by this store too many times and I’m done.

So didn’t care much for this place but overtime, seems they have had positive changes and now it’s the only McD’s I have in my area I go to….morning team rocks. My morning orders are routinely correct now. They key is that they seem to have a lot of the same people working here. Drive through people are generally very friendly. The only issue is getting and out of their parking lot as I typically have to wait my turn to go in or put due to a narrow entrance.

Very slow. I think a lot of the staff were being trained. I did have to ask for each of my kids’ drinks, one by one, before we got them, but we all have to learn sometime. The order was correct, once we had everything.

I’ve ordered from there a dozen times and most if not all have been wrong. My most annoying orders are the ones where they just forgot the fries but won’t answer their phone. I’m done with this McDonald’s. I’ll be stopping by tomorrow to talk to whatever teenager they have as a manager. Honestly they keep forgetting half my damn meals and I’m paying full price.

It’s McDonald’s; you either like it or you don’t. I spent some time there drinking coffee and eating sandwich. Surroundings were pleasant and clean, and the staff was efficient.

This location is very stingy with sauces, I didn’t even get the minimum sauces I ordered with my mobile order (4 sauces for 40 nuggets???), the food was cold (I was late, I accept it was my fault), but the server just mumbled something as he gave me the bag & walked away as I asked for extra sauce. It’s a small location that always has someone waiting for food or an issue. Aloof/rude staff doesn’t help. 2nd & last time visiting this location (only one in my area with spicy nuggets in stock).

awful experience with co-worker. issue every time when you pick up the food after being order through the app. The girl who was getting the order and deliver the food at the window wasn’t nice. she said your order wasn’t done. i kept telling her that i was charge through the app, she had me go back to my job to pick up the phone. than went back and the guy also said no i don’t see it but again went back to my job because he said check your email even though I told them that my credit card was charge for the amount. for them to see it had to print out a copy of my email because they seems that they didn’t believe me that i was charge even i show them my account.. they didn’t even apologized for there mistake. Very rude people. Annoyed that I’m even there ordering food. they need to change there attitude
