Do not recommend this location. She tried to overcharge me so I downsized my order to just the sandwich and then she said my card was declined. Tried another card she said declined. no thank you I will not be coming back here the next location I went to there’s no problem with my card. I don’t like to be treated like I’m dumb because I didn’t want to place a large order that I was being overcharged for. Left hungry until I stopped at the next location.

I didn’t like this place. It took a while for anyone to help. The people just looked at each other to sww who was going to help, and it happened to be someone who didn’t know what they were doing. Plus, for the footlongs, they weren’t good on the sizes. I used a coupon for 3 sandwhiches, which saved exactly for what I bought… but I really won’t be going to this site anymore. That was 1st and last time.

Came on my lunch break to get a sandwich. While I’m ordering one of the employees starts to ask a young lady who came out the restroom if she was going to buy a sandwich then rudely tells her that restrooms are not for the public in the middle of making my sandwich. Very unprofessional , made me feel uneasy about bring my business to a place with such little hospitality for people . I would rather drive miles extra then bring business back here.

Got here at 9:15 while the sign said it was open and online says they close at 9:30 but the door was locked. Then called and a lady stated oh yeah we close early and I told her about her open sign sign and she says oh yeah I forgot to turn it off…. Not coming back to this subway

This will be my first and last time getting a sand witch at this place. The lady there was not a good customer service plus she had a running and dripping nose while prepping my order. That grossed me out so I trashed my sand witch but kept my drink. I would never go back. For sure will share my bad experience at this place with families and friends. .

I went to postal express there in this parking place I left it scared me,, I’d like to elaborate on this. I was in a hurry when I posted this. Sorry. The reason it was scary was not only was it a dark inviting place. When I asked the gal that I met behind the counter that I wanted to send something priority mail. She looked at me with a blank stare and handed me in unspecified form. It did not look official. It did not look like it was an official postal form. Now I’ve been to other postal places where they actually give you a form that comes from the United States postal service. This actually look like something I was going to hand to her. She was going to handle later. No that wasn’t going to work for me! I was actually going to be mailing a card with some money in it. How did I know that if I left that with her it was actually going to get mailed?? Not only that, the phone happened during well. I was standing there beginning to fill out my form and she was arguing with her spouse about something and it was just a blatant argument. No qualms about it So that told me that family business was in the store and the store was struggling and there was a customer in the store that may not have been a customer after all that look like they were actually having a long pow. Wow. So I’m sorry postal express but unfortunately you’re not probably going to make it in that location. Your door signs are uninviting and your inside store is unequipped and it’s dark and unfortunately you’re just overall uninviting and scary

Order ID NBBNVZ5PHD33FKG2. One employee behind the counter. When I went to fill an ex lg drink, the ice tea dispenser was empty. Clerk said they didn’t have any more ice tea. I asked if I could just get an unsweetened bottle out of their glass fridge display; I was told “no” that I had to get a fountain drink. I don’t drink sodas, sugar or suguar free. I ended up just getting water! First and last visit to this location.
