Me and a group of my friends came in the other night and everything was so good, The lady that was working amber I think her name was, was very patient and even let us sample the brisket. You could tell she has worked in the food industry for a while and handles all types of people kindly. The lady in front of us was very rude but the lady and other workers were still very nice and kind. It was nice as well they let us sit in the lobby even though it was kind of late and they were cleaning up. We will definitely go back!

One star because zero stars is an option. DO NOT EAT HERE! Front door is smeared and dirty. Shouldn’t have walked through! Seats are tattered and dirty, tables and floors filthy. The employees were kind and professional, but the food was unbearable. Rice and beans are extremely undercooked… crunchy! I pray the meat is cooked! I can not image this place would pass an inspection!!!

I have been going to this location since it opened and I have to say that it has gone down hill over the last two years. We went in on Saturday afternoon and it was absolutely disgusting. Everything was dirty and looked neglected. The employees did not seem like they wanted to be there and it came out in their attitudes.

I have eaten at this location a few times, I love qdoba but this place misses the mark every time I go. Either I get the most annoyed uncaring employee that day or the food is off. Today it was the food. I just wanted a simple burrito unfortunately the tortilla tasted as if it had been left out to get stale for a week. Other times I’ve gone and the food tasted off and made me sick. I don’t feel as though there health and safety of the food is meeting industry standards. I would say eat at any other location besides this one.

This has been a long time coming. When it comes to consistency, Qdoba can meet expectations. I have been going to this fast food restaurant for about a year and a half now and have had zero issue with food and quality of service. When I say quality of service, I mean that this particular Qdoba goes above and beyond in making customers satisfied with their product. Whether its an occasional free brownie or a warm conversation, the workers are professional when it comes to providing excellence and have set the bar sky-high when it comes to fast food restaurants. A well deserved special shout-out to Thomas, a manager that goes above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. When I think of a hardworking, caring, and optimistic manager, Thomas sure is the first thing that comes to mind. If I ever walk in with a frown he sure will flip that upside down. There are definitely other workers I’d love to shoutout, however, I cannot recall their names. Folks, if you want a delicious meal look no further, Qdoba has got your back.

The food was pretty good. The service was ok. I was standing in line for 25 min and the staff was real chatty. Unfortunately the inside is pretty dirty. Soda station extra sticky, floor covered in food, kitchen/counters pretty messy.

I have not been to QDOBA in 2 years I decided to go to this location. I was served by Amber she definitely has no interest in being there she threw my food on my plate like it was disgusting. Then looked at me and said okay, what else. The portions were ridiculous for $15. I was extremely embarrassed and humiliated to even have my presents be in the store ordering food. She made me feel like I had no business being there. Who the hell train this person. I will not be back to any Qdoba, what a joke.

I ordered 3 burrito bowls at 6:30 on a Wednesday night, they were almost out of pinto beans, they had to scrap the bottom of the pan to get what they could. The beans that I did get were burnt and smashed. The chicken was dry and hard. They were all out of queso. The bowls were half the size that they should have been because they didn’t have all of the ingredients. I won’t waste my money at this store again. This is the 3rd time they have done this kind of thing. I wait 3 to 6 months to let them work it out but they don’t care at this store.
