My neighborhood PMs, they are fast and at times they’re very busy. There is usually someone that checks on you if you’re in the lobby very long to make sure your order didn’t get mis-placed. Pizza is always like I ordered it. Toppings fresh and plenty of cheese. No complaints!

We have had multiple terrible experiences at this location. It is the closest to our house so we go out of convenience, but tonight will be the last time we go. They are never on time and take forever to make your pizza. We ordered ONE pizza online tonight. We were given a wait time of 30 minutes which seems like a long time but it’s fine because we ordered online and would just wait at home until then. We still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after we got there with an impatient toddler. For ONE pizza!! This has happened multiple times. The employees move so slow and show no sense of urgency and they are not apologetic at all or accommodating even after not making the promised time. From now on I will be going down to the NW Blvd store and it will save me time even though it’s further from my house.

This location has been really great in the past. You can tell some not-so-great changes have happened in the last month or two. Every time I go pick up my pizza it’s either lost in the back somewhere or they are half an hour to 45 minutes late and you end up having to sit around in a lobby full of other hungry and angry customers. Tonight one of the other customers let me know they have the same experience every time and to try the next closest location because they are quick every time. I hope the owners read this and make some adjustments. Thanks

This location has the most passive management. Their staff is unprofessional, rude and at times demonstrate downright snarky attitude dealing with PAYING CUSTOMERS. Do the manager and staff at this location realize they are in a prime neighborhood for doing business. Do they not get it that their conduct will drive customers elsewhere….maybe the manager couldn’t care less. Maybe it’s time for the neighborhood to spend their hard earned money at Pizza Pipeline, or Pizza Rita.

Female manager is extremely rude and treated my special needs sister with complete and utter disrespect. After having been patrons of this establishment for years we will completely stop purchasing products from this chain as a whole if they cannot conduct base level customer service training.

My online order was supposed to be ready an hour ago and I’ve been standing in the waiting room for almost an hour without even being acknowledged let along them saying anything to anyone else waiting for their pizza. I was told my pizza was completed in the app but the workers sure don’t have the pizza done. Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back here for a while. (Still no pizza) worst service I’ve had in a long time. They also are just ignoring the phone ringing and just whispering to eachother working but not even acknowledging a single customer. The pizzas they are making don’t even have the people here to pick them up so they are making them for no reason. Terrible. The assistant manager Joie has not done anything even after I told her I’ve been standing here for an hour and she told me “I’ll call your name when your pizza is done” and didn’t move it up the line since I’ve been here for so long.

They gave us the wrong salads. We had to drive 14 miles back to get the salads we paid for. We live out in the country. They gave us lettuce only in the first salads and gave us the correct salads the second time. They did apologize but did nothing to make it right ( e.g., coupon for pizza, free salad next time, etc.). There is not much of an incentive to order from them again.

WOW !! I had the best pizza I have ever had at any location before ! You guys ROCKED IT!! I ordered the garden veggies delight and added chicken. OMG THE BEST PIZZA EVER! So full of topings and delicious I would also like to say this store was very CLEAN all employees where friendly happy and clean and neat in the uniform ! Thats a BIG DEAL FOR ME ! I have been trying to decide how to write this review. I wasn’t really upset that my order wasn’t quite right, Because they were very understaffed and doggedly trying so hard to fill an overwhelming amount of orders. Three of the people who were there were brand new and several employees had just not shown up that night. It was a tough situation. They could have closed the doors. They could have been rude. Instead they did their best to just keep going and turning out pizzas. I highly respect that they were all doing the very best they could in a really rough situation. I was super impressed at how non-grumpy all the customers were too. So kudos on both sides of the counter!!!
