One of the healthiest, tastiest places we’ve ever been to! My wife and I love how they use fresh and natural ingredients in everything they do. Plus we’re vegan so all the options are great for us! One of our new favs and we will be back again and again! Mario one of the head chefs was so kind and we had a great conversation about the restaurant. Our hostess Sarah was amazing too!

I went to this restaurant on a Saturday in the late morning. It was very clean with extremely friendly staff and freshly made food. The chef prepared the food as we ordered and everything was very good. I don’t usually like mushroom burgers but I enjoyed the one I had. The prices are reasonable. The entire experience was amazing and I recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely top of top vegan food you can eat in Las Vegas restaurants. It’s all delicious and healthy, they watch the ingredients carefully and know how to cook something tasty out of it. Mushroom patty, milkshakes with less sugar but more of superfood. It’s a hidden gem of Las Vegas. We are coming very soon again

I just wanted to say what amazing treat this place was, as a wedding photographer I know a good place when I see one. The owner was genuine and kind and very welcoming. I normally HATE Vegan food, but this place really changed my mind about everything. Normally, tree hugging places with hippies I thought I was walking into, and some of that was true. But when I ate the food I definitely couldn’t believe how good the food was, the service, the staff and how friendly everyone was. This place will blow up for sure! I was able to take a few shots of the atmosphere, and the photos wont do justice of how great this restaurant is! Chagaroot will definitely become the next big thing in Las Vegas, and I am excited for them!

Ordered 3 chaga burgers on first time visit with traditional fries. All I can say for all 3 of us is wow!!!!! Definitely returning. Hands down best vegan burger ever. Sorry no pics but it was very nicely presented and pristine condition and hot. We dug in to eat way too fast. Maybe next time we can control ourselves. Fries were perfect as well.

We had the Lion Mane ” chicken”, it was so delicious and to die for. I have gluten sensitivity and they had gluten free buns without overcharging like most restaurants do when you have to be gluten-free free. Usually they charged an extra 2-4$ for a gluten free bun, but my price was the same as my spouse. Everything was mouth drooling great and healthy for you. We also tried the cookies ashwanganda and cream mushy, which was amazing. They also are a mushroom based vegan and soy free restaurant as I also can’t consume soy without problems, so if you have dietary needs, or just enjoy healthy in general this is the place for you.

We love this place. However it has gotten too pricey now for us to come back. We had two burgers and some chili cheese fries and one milkshake and I think it was almost $49. That’s just too much out of our price range now. Great concept. Great restaurant. Just now unaffordable for us

Food was fantastic. I ordered the Chaga Mac burger and it was great. And its hard to fine gluten free buns that taste great and fresh. Their signature sauce is yummy. The bun gave me life lol its made in house with Organic orange carrots. Plant based cheese.
