3rd time they forgot to put carmel in my coffee. As I was ordering my coffee in the intercom I said my order really slowwww. So they can hear everything I said. And they still didn’t put my carmel in my order. Horrible.

I’d like to leave 5 stars specifically for Joe. I had been waiting for quite a while for my mobile order on this busy Sunday. Everyone was tired and working very diligently to pump out orders. Joe saw I was waiting and made sure to get my order out to me right away as everyone else was working the drive through. Even offered me a free donut!

This is the second time in a row I have gone to this Dunkins and they microwaved my bagel bites which made them squishy and disgusting and my snacking bacon was burnt to an absolute crisp. I’m certain it’s not that hard to follow instructions…… I’m not sure what the problem is here! Get it together! $14.00 Wasted on garbage

So I came to this location after getting my nails done and ordered two coffees. One med ice with regular cream and extra butter pecan and one medium ice with one cream and 10 butter pecan!! The first one was right but the second one was made with milk which I didn’t ask for and didn’t look like there was any butter pecan. So I came back to get it fixed and I got the rudest response and unprofessional behavior!! I work at dunks also and I make my own coffee and also serve customer service and not that rude

I went to this dunkin today at the shaws plaza. I ordered through app and picked up at drive thru. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap that looked like was thrown into a bag with barely any bacon in it. The girl at drive thru was not pleasant either.

The coffee is almost always made well. I drive the extra bit just to go here because I’ve had good experiences. My only reason for 4 stars is because recently, the lobby is randomly closed forcing everyone to go to the drive through. This is annoying because I do the walk in orders as it’s faster. The app never tells me that the lobby is closed so I’ll get there and I’m forced to wait in the long drive thru to pick up my order.

First off, the woman at the drive up window is the absolute rudest. Second, consistency is key in food and beverage something of which this dunkin has none! Every time I order a specialty coffee, its wrong. When I ask to speak with the manager he’s always busy on the phone and they ask for my name and number and have yet to be called back. I live right around the corner from this store and I will never go back nor will I ever say anything good about it!!
