Subways were delivered. You can tell the bread was old, it was wrinkled and flat .looked like old bread was used and sandwiches did not look like on tv, the meat was snashed into the bread. Very disappointing.

I recommend the Subway shop that IS NOT INSIDE WAL-MART (it is not clean). The Subway located next to Captin D’s (address 1025 West Spring Street). This Subways is very clean and no food is turing colors (like lettus and meats). They are fast to serve their customers and enough staff there to handle everyone that walks into their shop. They know what I’m going to get when I walk in. I highly recommend this Subway and will never use the one inside Wal-mart. I did once while shopping at Wal-mart because it was convenient but conveniently was not worth it. The lettus was turning brown and the vegetables was mixed up in with the other vegetables and there was paper all over the floor and the tables were dirty. It was just a mess. I will never ever use the Subway inside Wal-mart again!!!

I had a coupon that came in the mail from Subway so I went in and they wouldn’t take it. So I said I have a coupon on my Subway app for $1 off on a foot long the employee ask the manager and he said he won’t take it. I don’t know how you can own a franchise like this and not take promotions that the company sends out. To me this is bad business and I won’t be back. Also they put a lot less meat and vegetables on their sandwiches than other local Subways.

I had a subway coupon that I had received in the mail and went to this location to order a footlong and they are not accepting coupons at this time. They were not friendly,barely gave me any meat on my sandwich and the prices have gone up. Not a good experience.

Just left subway a few mins ago and I’m highly upset with how I was treated I walked in and was looked at up and down but never said hello or anything waited in line still nothing was said to me after just doing 12 hours at work and to not even be spoken to after waiting is a slap in the face once I walked out the door now the man wants to talk but had nothing to say to me while I stood their never again will I go back . Worst customer service ever

This is a mixed review. Upon entering the establishment, there was no one behind the counter. Eventually, the lady that was working came and just looked at me. I asked her if she was ready and it was like pulling teeth to get her to acknowledge the fact I was even there. There was no other customers in the facility. The gentleman that was working with her finished mopping and came around to help. Two very different personalities. His was inviting, friendly, and courteous. I love the subs at Subway and will always give that part a 5 star, but due to the lady that was working and her attitude, I have to give 3 stars.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!! They may be a franchise but their hours on google AND on the door state that they close at 10 PM. I worked my tail off today and all I wanted was a decent sandwich (which would have been a stretch to ask for in the first place) for dinner. I arrived at 9:48, MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE A SIMPLE SANDWICH!!!! The open sign was off but I went to the door anyways. It wasn’t locked, BUT WHEN I OPENED IT I WAS EXTREMELY RUDELY “GREETED” WITH AN IGNORANT “WE CLOSED” AT THE TOP OF THE EMPLOYEES LUNGS. English lesson time, IT’S “WE’RE CLOSED” or “WE ARE CLOSED”. When I informed the employee it was 9:49 and the door states they were open until 10, she said “I don’t care, we closed”. CLEARLY you don’t care. If I were Subway Corporate, I wouldn’t allow this behavior from a franchise. They may be a franchise but they still represent the Subway name. You can count on me filing a complaint with corporate. If I were corporate I would be embarrassed of this franchisee and this location. This day and age some people are so unhappy to have a job, it’s extremely sad this is what a large portion of fast food employees attitudes have become. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER ONE OF MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS HERE AGAIN!!!!
