So this place is really strange.. Almost all the bad reviews have to do with the inconsistent, seemingly made up on the spot prices. Which are much higher than a usual Chinese takeout place. Also the white lady that is always working the counter can come off at best aloof, at worst rude as hell. They are still in full Covid lockdown mode as of 6/22. All that said, the quality of the food is there. With a face lift and better management this place could really be a gem. All in all go there for the food, be prepared to spend about 50% more than usual and deal with some NY city type manners and service.

WORST PLACE EVER. I ordered my food online and online they posted the would be $6.15. When I picked up my food, I was told that it would be $9.80, and the order included a drink that I did not order. The person who brought me out my food(you are not allowed inside the place) pointed to a handwritten sign on a paper bag that said “Prices may be adjusted due to food shortages”…how hard is it to change menu prices online??? And the food was horrible and did not include the egg roll that I was overcharged for.

Absolutely stellar Home Style Tofu. They fry it the right way (press and dry the tofu before frying it instead of breading the tofu and attempting to fry it which just leaves it soggy) their shrimp egg roll is also delicious. My husband loves their fried chicken wings. Love their Veggie and Egg Drop soups.

When trying to order delivery I was given a price $11.00 over the actual price of the meal when I asked for an itemized receipt, Natalie (who stated that she was the owner/manager) completely refused saying they don’t have that there…and that prices have gone up then what is listed???? I asked again for an itemized receipt and she said she was canceling my order and putting me on the do not deliver list. I think a business that refuses to give a customer an itemized receipt is highly suspect. Worst customer service!!! Put on the never order from this restaurant list!! Most of the positive reviews are from friends and family, look at the consistent complaint throughout the reviews

I normally do not do reviews but seriously this is one of my favorites now!!! I’m on a no solid diet and only eating meal replacement shakes but I can also have soup!!! Their hot and sour soup is by far the best I have ever had! Not too spicy, very flavorful and delicious! The owners are seriously so friendly and super sweet! If you’re looking for great food and great service, stop in here you won’t regret it!!

The lady that answers the phone never fails to be one of the rudest restaurant employees I have ever come across. This is coming from someone who has 10+ years in the restaurant industry. Food is very inconsistent, I’ve ordered from here 3x and each time the egg rolls have been undercooked and the noodles have been severely under seasoned; the dumplings are 90% dough to 10% filling. If you do not tip well she will let you know with continued rudeness.
