We’ve used JJ’s a lot in the past, but lately it’s a mess. I placed two different orders in the mobile app this week, both between 5:45pm-6:45pm on weeknights and both times the store was closed. Monday evening we waited over an hour for the food and finally drove by the store to find them closed. I called the next business day the store was open to get a refund for that order (July 5th). Despite having a confirmation email, confirmation number, and seeing the charge on my AMEX I was told they couldn’t find the order and could only give me a credit. I was assured I could use the credit online next time I ordered. I tried again to order on July 6th at 5:50pm and there was no credit in my account. I went ahead and paid on my credit card instead. Two minutes later I got a call that once again the store was closed. At least this time I am getting a direct credit card refund. I no longer want a store credit for the first order, as it is of no use to me if the store isn’t open during dinner time. Now I am having to wait for authorization from another manager to get credited for my first order. Dealing with this has been a huge waste of my time. While it’s annoying to not have them open during normal dinner hours, none of this would have been an issue if they would simply shut down the app from taking orders when the store isn’t actually open. If the mobile app isn’t built to allow this, it’s a huge functionality fail by the developers.

Everyone has been complaining about the staff, then they got new staff and people are complaining about there being new staff. There are clearly issues with the online ordering and also seems like it was a system forced on a location that was not prepared for the massive orders coming in left and right. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they are all working their butts off. If you’re just patient, orders come out smoothly and the staff is very polite and respectful despite being harassed in a stressful environment. I was waiting for a sandwich for 15 mins or so, not a big deal. During that time 5 of the 7 customers that came in were very rude and hostile towards a group of employees doing their best during the lunch rush on a weekend. It’s not like they are standing around doing nothing, all the workers were working hard despite having issues with their systems and computers, none of which are their fault. If you can’t be patient or polite then just stay home and make your own sandwich because they don’t deserve to be harassed for working hard to please ungrateful, angry and entitled people all day.

Did an online order for chipotle for my niece, and Jimmy Johns for myself. Chipotle had half the order ready, let me stand there for 15 minutes before acknowledging me to get the rest of my order which they didn’t have ready so it was another 10 minutes to get. My order at Jimmy Johns was ready 6 minutes after the order. After 30 seconds of standing by the pick up area, the cashier asked if I was there for an online order, I said yes and she asked my name. I said to take their time cause I was early. I had my order not even 2 minutes after. So if you’re hungry, and in a hurry- their “freaky fast” slogan is no joke, especially at a busy busy lunch hour.

An hour and 40 minutes and still no food… The girl on the phone cried and said she was left alone on her first day. We called to ask if we should cancel and were told they would get in trouble. Obviously the management must be horrible.

Last 5 times here (Wayzata) or St. Louis Park location always closed, even during normal business hours. What’s going on? Used to always be reliable. Hard to do business if never open.

Sandwiches were great as usual, fast friendly service. But the music was at nightclub volume levels, I couldn’t have eaten in and enjoyed it, so we took food to the car. Please remember that sometimes people like to converse with others when having lunch out.

Freaky fast more like freaky slow. Online order wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the window. Totally unacceptable.

Had a slight hiccup with my order and they handled it smoothly and quickly. They were very kind as well. Their manager didn’t hesitate to make things right and I will definitely go to this location instead of other locations. Only flaw is with the Jimmy John’s support helpline. I called and they automatically messaged the franchise owner about the issue which isn’t reasonable or fair for the employees.
