Really good burger, bro thought the pork ribeye was a bit smallish. Great waitress who was running it all alone

Friendly and quick with service. We arrived at the end of the breakfast period. The team was in the ready position to switch menus to lunch time. This did not affect our service or meal prep. I would go back….

This restaurant was amazing! The food, the atmosphere, the staff all amazing! I had the linguini with clams and my wife had the filet. Both were perfectly seasoned and hot upon arrival (which I love) and prepared to perfection! Carlos was our waiter and he was the sweetest, making great suggestions as far as the food preparations and he even listened! I know this because we informed him that it was my birthday when we sat down not looking for anything in return, yet he gave me the 5 tier chocolate cake free of charge and even had some of the staff sing happy birthday to me. It’s the little things that people do to make a positive impact and that’s exactly what he did. If ever in Miami again, I’ll definitely dine here! Thank you again guys, you really made my day!

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. The service is terrible and the food is salty. I came here to have dinner with my mom after gifting her a groupon voucher. Let me start with the parking. You have to pay $5 to park at the hotel, but it’s refundable if you’re at the hotel for less than two hours. With that being said, you’ll be lucky if you are served and get to leave before those two hours are up. The restaurant wasn’t busy, we came on a weekday and yet somehow we waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we started looking at our menus and had pretty much decided what we were going to order. We waited 20 minutes before a waiter finally came to take our Order. He was pleasant until we mentioned we had a groupon. As soon as that was mentioned, his affect and demeanor changed completely. He was very rude when he informed us that groupon customers need to order off a different menu. He basically threw the menus down at our table after removing the regular menus and went as far as to tell us that he will not be serving us because “they have a different waiter for groupon customers”. Strange, but okay. The groupon menu had limited options but we decided what we wanted before the new waiter came. At this point we had already been at the restaurant close to an hour. I was in the middle of asking the waiter a question when he rudely interrupted me to inform me that the tip wasn’t included in the Groupon. Seriously? I don’t need to be told or reminded, I know that. And how classless is it to interrupt a customer mid sentence to say that their tip isn’t included? Unbelievable. Anyway, I proceed to attempt to put in our order and he interrupts me to let me know that it’s “one thing at a time, there are steps to this, and he has to bring the wine first.” at this point I still haven’t ordered. He comes back about 10 minutes later with a bottle of wine and says he will be “right back” with some bread. During the time he was gone I noticed the glass where I was served water has red lipstick on it. I was not wearing red lipstick. He doesn’t come back for another 15minutes, and we still haven’t ordered. When he comes back, I brought the dirty glass to his attention and my mom spoke to him sternly and told him we have been here well over an hour and still haven’t ordered our food. That she doesn’t care if there are “steps to this” we would like to put in the entirety of our order so we can finally eat. So finally, he takes our order and says he will be back with a clean glass of water. We wait. We wait some more. People that came at the same time as us have finished their meals and left. People that came after us have received their meals. We wait some more. People that came after us are finishing their meals and getting ready to leave. I lost it. I got up, asked for the check for the bread and the wine, and said I would be going elsewhere to eat after making it known that I don’t understand how it is possible that we are still waiting while others have come and gone. In the middle of this our appetizer comes. Over two hours for an appetizer. I look over at my mom and ask her if she would like to leave or stay. She says the food is here, let’s just eat. So I sit down, we eat our appetizer. Still waited an additional 30-40 minutes after we were done with our appetizer for our meals. The main course was so salty that I could not eat it. I asked for the dessert to go because I was not going to wait another minute in that place. I still tipped the waiter $10 because I know what it’s like to work in the service industry despite him not being deserving of a tip. Did I mention he never brought a clean glass of water? Point is, avoid this place like the plague. Service is horrible, and the food is not worth the headache of dealing with these people. The manager told us it’s his last week, so basically he didn’t really care/didn’t know how to fix the problem.

GROUPON BUYERS BEWARE!!! As soon as you mention the Groupon you are given a completely different menu to choose off of and it only includes 5 of the entrees that they have on the regular menu ( nowhere in the Groupon does it say you have to pick your food off of a different menu). The service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. The waiter brought our appetizers at the same time as he brought our actual meals which took about an hour and a half. Yes, you read that right! An hour and a half of waiting and then being brought everything at once. Additionally, short after our food came out the waiter gave us the check and once we gave him the tip (which he did not deserve but we’re decent people) he was nowhere to be found to bring us to go boxes or anything else. The manager was nice but did not know how to fix the situation as we used our Groupon and we sure will never want to come back. Last but not least, my husband ordered the prime rib ( he specified that to the waiter 3 times as the waiter kept asking him if he wanted the prime rib or the sirloin steak) and they still brought out the steak and tried to convince him that it was prime rib. Horrendous service, bad management, a waste of your time and money. Please do yourselves a favor and go anywhere else but here.

I was somewhat hesitant to try this place based on what I saw re: current review’s. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the level of service, and the nice decor. The mango chicken dish I ordered was excellent in all aspects and Alex Sandino my server was attentive and service was prompt. It seems a lot of times only negatives are verbalized….we should all be more complimentary when we have good experiences!

We enjoyed a nice dinner with excellent service by Liliana. It was convenient for us as we were staying at the hotel. I had the crab salmon and hubby had the snapper. Both were very good.

Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Service was fairly quick. They were not very busy and I only ordered the Rioja chicken soup. It was nothing remarkable, but it was enjoyable! I doubt I’d order it again.
