This food trailer is the result of 6 months permitting. Our non-profit, Salish Center for Sustainable Fishing Methods, owns and operates it as a way to educate the public about the seafood harvested from our very local waters. The halibut comes from Lummi Nation fishers, and the salmon comes from our reefnet gear in Legoe Bay. We are proud to showcase this remarkable fish

Best fish and chips I’ve ever had. How lucky to have local fish from the Salish Sea. Quality ingredients matter.

Unbelievable halibut and chips as well as Coho and chips, chowder and soon beer and wine. What a treat, local Salish Sea seafood. Might be the best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten! Great spot before jumping in the short ferry ride. Heck! Worth a short ferry ride to Lummi!
