So this Jack in the box apparently has a lot of policies. They’re not allowed to park a car that is under $50. So the other night I had two cars that were in front of me they had 50 tacos between the two of them. Even after talking to the manager it was quote unquote my choice to sit in line and wait for my $30 two combos that I ordered I didn’t even bother ordering tacos after hearing the first two orders. But even then it does not matter because they do not park cars under 50 bucks so guess what two cars with 50 tacos they’re going to sit there and you’re going to wait so you waiting is entirely up to you if Jack in the box is worth it. I heard there’s a lot of new employees and that’s all fine and dandy I’ve been a new employee I know how that works but we can’t use that for an excuse every single time that somebody waits in line for 30 minutes for 50 tacos that don’t belong to them. I would not use the Jack in the box pick up app for this location judging by my experiences already how long will your food sit there if you’re waiting for food that’s under $50 and they don’t park their cars think about that. I also did not receive a call back from “customer service”after this experience so I went ahead and called that really didn’t get me anywhere because like I said their policy State certain things and it really doesn’t work in your favor if you’re not spending over $50 apparently

Jack in the Box has been a spot I’ve been going to since I was little, I know the menu fairly well I’d say and honestly it’s nothing too special. They cycle their signature items but it’s nothing new. So that is something I would like to see them address and change in the future. As for this location it’s definitely not the best one I’ve been to. The service at this location is about 50/50. Sometimes it goes completely smooth, fast, with no issues. But other times it can be such a hassle and so frustrating. For example I was going to get my son a kids meal and after ordering just that one meal and nothing else it took them 38 minutes to serve me! There is no reason it should ever take that long and was unfortunate and just another reason why I don’t really like this location. Maybe someday that can change but as of right now I am doing my best to avoid this location…2/5 stars…

Well I wouldn’t be writing a review if I could have gotten an answer on the phone…. please check your food… I thought ok sometimes you get a gross fry… all if the fries were cold and stuck together looking like the fries you find after a toddler eats in the backseat of your car….. seriously I got home and tried calling multiple times… (location was not slammed or busy) I really just wanted the mistake corrected. The guy at the window was nice tho. Was rushing to get home so I didn’t see till I was already home…. literally 3 mins away from this location.

I ordered buttery jack for my husband& son & they forgot the bacon that I paid extra for. The Buttery Jack’s are tiny compared to how they used to be. Practically the size of a McDonald’s cheese burger. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Pita which I used to love and it was so disgusting I couldn’t even eat it. It was very dry and gross. Although they did say I could come in another time& they would replace it, it’s still a bummer & inconvenient. I was really hungry & still am. Definitely not worth over$26.00 for 3 people.

I sat in the drive through line, just short of 40 minutes (watched the clock) there was only 2 cars in front of me. After each car was a long pause. The food I got was not good either, the French toast sticks were so hard (first she got the order wrong) the hashbrown was falling apart, the chocolate oreo shake was terrible & looked like a kid made it. The breakfast sandwich & churros were fine though. The long wait would have been fine and understandable had the food been good & there been a sign on the menu preparing us for the LONG wait.

I was with a friend looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat. I thought we were looking for a Mexican restaurant when suddenly he pulls up to the Jack in the Box drive thru. I ordered a grilled chicken with french fries and a medium root beer. He ordered 2 tacos, a large coke, onion rings, and french fries. The bill came to $27.19. We were both surprised how much it cost. That was the first time I’d been to a Jack in a Box. I could have had 2 chicken tacos and chips and salsa, plus 2 Margaritas at the Barrio Bar for $16.

I’m an uber driver. I showed up here at 1:00 AM to pick up an order for 2 burgers. When I pulled up to the window the dude said “it’ll just be a minute” and then 10 minutes later I watched him walk out the store into his car and leave holding the order I was meant to deliver. After that the store went silent with nobody answering the phone or drive through even though I saw the manager still inside.
