ZERO stars. It’s been a couple of months since my experience, but felt compelled to write this. I was in the drive through placing my order of three drinks and three sandwiches. The window clerk handed me one drink and asked me to pull forward. I asked if this was going to take long and she replied “No, not at all”. I obliged and pulled forward. After waiting several minutes and watching multiple vehicles behind me leave, I became worried. An employee approached my vehicle with one drink in her hand and said here ya go, have a nice day. I replied, where is the other drink and the food.(Blank stare). She said she would check and I replied, don’t bother I will just go in to get a refund. When arriving inside she went to get the manager. In the meantime, the cashier was giving me the evil eye so I stated, it won’t take long at all, or ever! She raised her voice to me stating it wasn’t long. Then, a young man from the cooking area appeared and stated that he had completed that order and another employee stated “we gave it to the wrong car” while the cashier was still babbling at me. The manager politely stepped in and told the cashier no need to be rude to someone who is being rude and people are human and make mistakes, I stated I should be more rude, adding that she was refunding my money and would like me to never return, So, I have obliged her and no longer go to that location. I’m in retail and understand customer service. When a mistake occurs, make good on the situation and don’t enable the employees to be rude to the customer. Horrible management. I assume they have a multitude of customers in order to tell people not to come back.

I usually go here and it’s always been good service and quick! Today I ordered 2 donuts and they gave me like 7 or 8! Show some love and visit this dunkin donuts if you pass by. Highly recommend!

Used to be the second-best location next to the Hobart one but in the last year the establishment has gone from being polite and friendly to not even stating your total at the window and being abrupt at the speakers. Coffees taste watered down and ordering a donut will be put in a bag upside down so icing sticks to the bottom.

Went there this morning, customer service was awful! There was a long line outside so I figured I would just stop inside and get a coffee. As I went inside there was 5 girls gossiping in a corner, they didn’t even acknowledge me. These girls were gossiping about there ex boyfriends, I wonder why they have so many ex’s, probably because they’re lazy and obnoxious! How are you fully staffed and not one person can make a coffee, I ended up leaving without my coffee because J was 100% sure they messed it up.

Staff was incredibly rude, did not unlock the doors in the morning, despite it being 30 mins after opening. On top of that, they absolutely butchered my order. Bagel was burnt and inedible, and my drink was completely watered down. Don’t think I’ll be returning

I normally don’t go to the Dunkin on Hwy 6. I was at Portage Highschool when I placed my mobile order before work so it sent my order to to the Dunkin on 6. I ordered Avacado toast and an iced coffee the Coffee was ok. I had quit going to Dunkin for coffee they are to inconsistent with the flavor you can order the same thing at the same time they will not taste the same. Anyway I got to work was eating my toast and there was yellow cheese on the bottom of my toast. Yuck!!! I tried to pick it off however it was smashed and melted so it didn’t go so well. On another visit to this same Dunkin a few days later the staff was very rude like I was putting them out because I wanted to order something.
