This place is pretty much always on point…the one on abercorn gave me an old salad once but other than that I’ve never had issues. Best thing is, you won’t be there longer than 20 mins ever. They always have plenty of employees that move super fast.

**** Chic fil a in BRUNSWICK GA @ 70 Golden Isles Plaza Brunswick GA 31520!! This Chic Fil A has gone down hill. I’ve been going there for 11 years and these last two years have been gradually getting worse. The service was first to go down, I still went there from time to time because it’s the only fast food that I eat. However the quality of the food has also gone down. They’ve burned my fries a couple times and last night I got home and realized I was missing a bun off of two of my sandwiches. ‍ When I called to let them know, the manager did not apologize. She simply advised me that she would write me in the book for the next time I came in. NEXT TIME?? SMH.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THE MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL HE SUCKED!!! I ordered off the app and on my way to the restaurant I got a notification saying that my order was being prepared since I was on my way. When I got to the counter it took forever for someone to get to me and then when I looked on my app my order was GONE!! I tried to explain to the manager that I ordered off the chickfila app and it said it went through and even charged my account but when I asked him if he could make the order since it charged my account he said NO!!! HE WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL HE SUCKED! I DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE ESPECIALLY IF HE WAS THERE!! plus whole I was waiting for an order another man said he he went through the drive thru and they told him they didn’t have his order and to go to the front counter only to be told at the counter that they didn’t have his food even though on his app it showed this location and his order being prepared!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! If I could give it 0 STARS I WOULD!!!

This is the first chick-fil-a that I’ve been to that wasn’t up to par. We did a mobile order that almost took a whole hour. The line at the pick up window which was outside was long and no one was tending to the window at first. It took my wife to wave someone down before we were even acknowledge. When the food finally arrived we were missing our chicken tenders. Took another 15min to get those after we had to continuously ask for them. Then we noticed that we were missing all 3 fries. This time I asked for a manager, but the cashier told me that ALL of the manager were too busy and asked if I could wait. Luckily one just so happened to appear. They’re solution was to offer some free cookies and make the fries large. I honestly did not care, I just wanted my food in a timely fashion since we’ve already wasted over a hour and still had to drive back to Hinesville

We walked over to this location around 8 AM while our vehicle was getting serviced at the dealership. We found out that they no longer had a dining room but a patio, instead. That’s fine, but all of the tables and chairs were dripping wet from the night before. The cashier seemed inconvenienced that we asked for something to dry the table off with. Instead of giving us something, she came around with a wad of paper towels and wiped it for us. She made like 3 trips back for more while we stood there with our food. When she finished, we still had to wipe, with our napkins, so we wouldn’t get wet. The food was good enough, with the exception of the hash browns that were broken apart in a million pieces in the box. Everyone was pretty friendly. It was just surprising to have a less than stellar experience at a Chick-Fil-A! It seems like before opening or at some point soon after someone should have wiped down the patio furniture for customers…especially since this is their only available seating.

I’m not sure if they were having a bad day, but the pick up wait was ridiculous. There was a line outside the pick up area and the workers did not acknowledge the people waiting until a man knocked on the window asking if anyone was working the pick up window. They even forgot a meal and two fries. It took them a good while for them to get the rest of my order. Out of all the chick fill a’s I’ve been to, this one so far has been the worst. Customer service sucks here. I waited 30 mins to get my order that I placed on the chick fill a app.

4th consecutive time I’ve gone here this summer and each time I’ve been missing an item of food. Really disappointing after driving all the way home to feed my family and food is missing. Plus the service has been terrible. Of all the other CFA’s in Savannah, the people that work here never smile, never say my pressure and always give rude short answers :/
