If I could give 0 stars, rdered their medium 2 topping pizzas for $6.99 each, paid for pan dough on one and got an uncooked or old dough, nearly thin crust pizza. Brought it back to the store and the manager just kept repeating “that’s just how our pan is”, then ignored me to help the customer behind me. After he’s done helping that customer, he tells me I can order it again to get it fixed, then just walks away. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location and I’ll never be back

0 STARS: Not sure why I bothered with this location again. Same thing is happening that happened last time – it has been over an hour since I have ordered and the tracker is still showing “prep”. (Last time is took almost 3 hours for the food to arrive.) I tried calling the store 4 times-no answer. Unable to cancel the order. So I am just stuck waiting for it. Learned my lesson. Will not be ordering from here again.

I wish i could leave 0 stars. This place dealt with a big order and understandably mistakes happen but refused to make it right. Not sure of the name of the person i dealt with but she was rude and hung up on me when refused to make the situation right. I was charged for a sandwich that i never got. Kim the manager seemed nice and hopefully she gets ahold of me and makes the situation right. Terrible customer service and that girl i talked to should be fired

Up until now I was a life long Domino’s lover. Then I found a hair in my pizza. That ruined the whole experience! Also when I was picking up my pizza they made me wait 15 minutes, even though the pizza was made and paid for already. They did not talk to anybody about their order. All the pizzas were ready but they told NOBODY that it was ready even though you could see it on the screen. PLUS MY PIZZA WAS COLD!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!

I tried to order through the app but it was malfunctioning so it directed me to call in my order and I did. I placed my order for curbside delivery on the passenger side. I was sent a text to say text “here” upon my arrival at the store. When I got to the store I texted to let them know I was here. Then I received a text stating that my order was ready and someone would be out in a minute so they set the 2mi.n guarantee timer. The next text I get said sorry for the inconvenience in not making the 2 min guarantee and that I would receive an email with a code for a free pizza. I waited 20 more mins and still hadn’t received my order so I called the store to let them know I was still waiting for my order. I was told that they didn’t receive my order because it would have flashed once I checked in. I preceded to tell the lady about the texts I received but she was insistent that they didn’t receive my order. But then she says someone would bring me my order right out. Now I’m wondering if you didn’t get my order then how was you going to bring it to my car. I can’t tell you how frustrating this experience was. They didn’t offer any apologies nor any discount and to top it off I didn’t get any points for the order. I reached out to corporate and they claim they couldn’t find my order so I sent them my receipt that’s when they gave my points but no discount off my order. I won’t ever patronize that Domino’s on lindell voce in st. Louis. They have the worst customer service. And besides the tots i ordered were soggy, salty and cold and the salad wilted.

We placed a large order with this Domino’s location the morning of our event. The pizzas arrived piping hot and right on time. Our delivery driver was professional and friendly. We’ll definitely order from this location again for our events!

W/Guy with long hair and hat had open sores on his hand without gloves rolling pizza dough. Lady at the register said gloves slips off they’re hands and asked me what I prefer him to do about it. Very Unsanitary and Unprofessional. Would not remake me a pizza wearing gloves.

@dominos So this is how we are doing it? I have requested that your 3930 Lindell Blvd store not send the driver named Rheita to my home to deliver my food. She fakes a hip injury and always asks us to come down to get our food from her car. All of the other drivers have zero issues using our door code and delivering our orders to our apartment doors and setting them down for contactless delivery. I spoke with a manager two weeks and reported her nasty attitude and lazy job performance. Tonight, Sat 3/12/22, Rheita was my driver. When I asked her to buzz in, she realized who I was, and began to yell at me. After 20 mins, my door buzzer rings and another driver brings my order that she had earlier. The driver was apologetic, and sincere. My food is cold and looks a mess. I expect a full refund for my order in 3/12/22 and a phone call from the store manager. This is unacceptable.

We were in St. Louis this weekend for a dance competition and stayed at courtyard Marriott downtown St. Louis. It was 9:30 on Saturday night the 22nd that we ordered pizza delivery to the hotel. It was over 2 hours before it arrived. I called multiple times to check on the order or after it got so late to cancel it as everyone was tired and going to bed. There was never any one that answered. So most of a 40 dollar order was thrown away.

I got some pizza from here and that experience was horrible. I had to go back and get my pizza made 3 times in which they still messed it up. Then I get back with my pizza I took messed up cause I was tired of waiting only to find out my bread was messed up as well. Worst experience I ever had at dominos.. won’t ever go back to that one.
