Every time I go to this Casey to get one large pizza I have to wait an hour long. When I asked the employees about calling customers and letting them know. He said that he would pass that on to Management. I use to work for Casey’s if we were ever behind we always called the customer. If there was another Casey’s open I would go to that one. But, there is not.

Sat in the cold for 10hrs stopped in for breakfast. No breakfast was out. When I asked what time they would have breakfast food I was just told they had to finish the dishes before their replacement got in. But no food, no time the food would be ready. I guess the dishes are more important than customers.

This is really good pizza at a really good price. The shops clean and decently ran. However, sometimes they can’t seem to get pizza orders out in decent time. I waited 2 hours one time with not much help from the store manager.

The pizza is amazing! I’ve always received my food nice and hot. It’s quick and convenient. The staff is kind. The store is always clean. In the winter the sidewalk and parking lot is clear. It’s well lit. It’s centrally located.

Well, besides the factor of it taking forever putting $10 of gas in my vehicle AT the pump. Just had my first encounter of what I thought was fraudulent activity but nope, was Casey’s trying to screw someone over in a hard world right now. Went to pay a bill before being completely broke and noticed I was down $75. I checked my account activity and saw I had a pending transaction for this amount so I immediately called my card carrier to report fraud as I only got $10 of gas. So, apparently, if you pay at the pump (ONLY at Casey’s as I have NOT had this issue ever at Bucky’s, QT, or Hyvee gas station) they take money from you to make sure your gas is covered. I have a 12 gallon tank. Gas, at it’s highest, is a little over $2. I can justify $30. Shoot, $40. But $75 held to “make sure it is covered” when I put ONLY $10 in my gas tank and for a reason that now made me beyond broke and a bill unpaid. Very upsetting especially when Casey’s SUPPOSEDLY takes pride in their no contact delivery; but yet I can’t pay at the pump and not go in the store in this crisis. I’m livid. They have SEVEN business days to return the $65 owed back to me but it is quite ridiculous as I may have to wait until next week before I can pay a bill needing paid. I will NEVER get gas here ever again and will share this experience as nobody should have to go through what I just did. They definitely lost a customer that was a loyal customer with food and convenience items. I will be carrying this review onto lots of other platforms until I’m returned my money and something is done about this ordeal that clearly Casey’s doesn’t care about the pandemic and how it is affecting like EVERYWHERE else. Mind blown.

Mainly go there for the pizza kinda high priced but great pizza so worth it. Employees are always friendly. Gas islands are messy trash everywhere yeah cans full, my favorite no squeegee to clean your windows, also filled with trash.

Had a very pleasant visit thanks to your manager, John W. I think he’s a manager, or he should be. He was knowledgeable and friendly, not your typical counter jerk or cashier. Been a while since I had a positive customer service experience and will most likely be visiting this store more often, preferably when John is working but I assume all of the staff is just as personable, friendly and helpful. Its a gas station and convince store with all the usual needed supplies and goodies. Usually clean, well lit, and polite staff. The pizza is where its at my personal favorite is the taco pizza. Only downside is the having to go to multiple counters to get your pizza and then wait in the other line to pay and sometimes its a hassle.
