So I’ve left a review before about how rude a certain employee was when I came here and was nothing but nice to her. Well…today (08/25/23) I came in to have some wings and they let me know it was going to be an hour wait, which I was fine with. Then we sat down at a table and waited and man did I get to observe while sitting there. This girl who has long dark hair that was in a ponytail, two curls by her face, and big hoop earrings was absolutely unprofessional and quite gross in the things she was doing while on the job. She was the one who was rude as hell for no reason last time I came in and I see the company hasn’t taken care of that problem yet. While observing, this girl was eating hot chips up at the register while customers were ordering, licking her fingers out in the open, digging in her nose with a paper towel in the front of the store (and I mean digging in there, not just blowing her nose) and thought it was funny, was banging on the drink machine to try to get the flavor to pop up, and talked rudely to customers. Also, she wasn’t working? There were two other people there; one young gentleman and a young woman. Those two were great and were actually professional. The other one is going to be part of the downfall of this location due to her rude and unsanitary behavior and lack of professionalism.

We ordered three sandwiches. One without pickles. They repeated the order correctly when they took the order, then again when they gave it to us. We got home and none of the sandwiches had pickles. I called the store back and complained. The girl didn’t say anything. She didn’t even apologize. Then she hung up on me. If they are serious about good customer service I would expect a return call.

Great wings, many varieties, easy to access, and prices are relatively comparable to other restaurants (though many places seem overpriced). Service lacks a little. It takes longer than estimated to get your food. It also seems they prioritize Uber and other delivery service orders over folks actually getting their own food

We ordered a large order and got home with it and the tenders are so burnt and nasty we couldn’t even eat them. I contacted the manager for them to remake the food for us and she informed me that they came in freezer burnt and nasty and there was nothing she could do about it. If she remade it they would turn out the same. I asked her why would they serve freezer burnt nasty food and she informed me that nobody else complains about it. She was VERY rude, wouldn’t even let me talk and then hung up. We normally get great food and excellent customer service. It’s sad that they treat their customers like this when we spend a good amount of money there.

Made an online order at 6:20, said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Showed up at 6:50. Didn’t even know I had an order, showed them my confirmation email. Myself and about 5 other people are having to wait another 30 minutes. Never had a problem till now.

I ordered Cajun and BBQ wings. Half of them were burnt. The Cajun wings seemed as they just poured a ton of Cajun seasoning on there. And the BBQ sauce was just poured on. I will not be ordering from this location. They have truly gone down hill

if i could give 0 starts i would. waited an hour for our food which is understandable. Got home and there were no fries or cheese fries, tried calling the store 4 times and no answer. I decided to drive to the store and there’s 4 teenagers working the counter, i’m sure one of them could’ve answered the phone. I told them we didn’t get both our fry orders and they asked if i’m sure, and the manager rudely said she dropped them in the fryer so they should’ve been in there. Another employee walked towards the back and immediately came back with the fries. 0/10 experience, children running this place

This is the sorriest Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I order a HOT LEMON 10 piece to go, only to get home and it’s LEMON PEPPER. Not only was the order wrong but the wings were dry.. When I placed the order they told me they weren’t able to make my order all flats. Then when I called to tell them the order was wrong, I’m told they weren’t taking anymore orders for the night. So I go in the next day to have my order replaced for the manager to tell me that I should’ve came in that night to pick up the hot sauce to mix it myself or I was going to have to pay for the wings. She agrees to remake the wings, but when they gave me the bag they didn’t want to replace the ranch or fries with the meal. The entire staff lacked customer service skills nor did they apologize or acknowledge that THEY messed up my order that I paid for. In fact the manager made it seem as if I was at fault and I cldve just mixed the sauce myself. I will not be going back to this location, I would rather drive miles before I ever go back there. HEADS UP: Check your food before you leave or avoid this location all together.
