I didn’t go in, I had my food delivered to my house. The pizza was great, still piping hot, the cheesy bread too! My first time having the Oreo bites, which might I say, were really nice! The person who delivered was super friendly and quite frankly, I wish I had more cash on me to give him a tip on top of his tip through the website! Great experience, and please, whoever delivered my pizza… give this guy a raise!

Something has changed. I’ve never had an issue here before (6 years) but today I picked up 3 pizzas for my daughters birthday party and had an adverse experience. Staff was nice and welcoming, but the quality of the food suffered. No sauce and tough crust equates to a poor experience. I can sum this batch up to chewing through dry bread.

Called to pay for my order via the phone since I accidentally ordered to pay with cash. Was greeted by a very rude delivery man. Who said I had not payed for it. Said he was at the store and it wasn’t true. Yet already charged on my card. Told him he could call and I would wait for him to confirm it. Which I had payed.

I’ve been quiet about it long enough. Pizza is always cold and soggy. BUT tonight they got my whole order wrong to a person with the same first name but different address. Which means my kids had to wait over 2 hours for pizza. I understand stuff happens. But when the order itself has one address and the box has another. And its gets checked by the restaurant and the driver there was no excuse. Not to mention the driver sat and waited for me to call the store to speak to a manager which was well over 10 minutes on hold while this order (unopened but sat in the cold on my porch for 15 minutes!!!) and the manager told the driver ON SPEAKER PHONE TO BRING IT BACK TO THE STORE TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS!!!! That’s nasty. I won’t be ordering here again.

In order tonight and the pizzas were perfect other than one was a little undercooked so I tried to cook it myself in my own oven and Ashley burnt my wife’s pizza I called spoke with the manager and miss Patty was very professional not only did she replace my pizza for free it was delivered in under 30 minutes and she called to check and make sure that it was perfect thanks miss Patty and thanks papa John’s team

Ordered 2 pizza bowls and they hardly put anything in the bowl. Enough to fill the bottom of the container. Called to talk to a manager and he states that thats how much they can put into the bowl because they measure it. I let them know that it is false advertising because the bowl doesn’t look like that on the commercial & he states that he has nothing to do with advertising, that they make the bowls by measuring (policy). Do not buy the pizza bowls. It is not worth the money. Go to Marco’s, you will get your money’s worth their. I wish I would have went their instead of Papa John’s. They lost a good customer.

They always get it right, it’s always fresh and hot. The service is amazing whether it’s delivery or carry out. Tonight (September 22, 2021) I went in to pick up my food and all the employees acknowledged me and greeted me happily and they were all smiling and cheerful. It was so refreshing to feel the atmosphere they created for the restaurant. I work fast food so I know that’s not always easy to do. They made the best of it and it was contagious. I admire each of them, they all deserve raises and promotions in my opinion. 10/10.

Awful customer service. Ordered a pizza for carry out. Drove there and brought it home only to find that they had put old bay seasoning on the pizza. Not what I ordered. Called them and told them and they informed me that i could get a refund and no pizza or I’d have to bring the pizza back to them and get a replacement. Not sure how it makes sense that if they messed up I have to be inconvenienced. I ordered pizza to make my night easier, not more difficult. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate as well and won’t be ordering from there again.
