I stopped here recently and had lunch. Service was fine as the food. However, the inside of this place is in poor condition. First off, it looks like they haven’t put any money into Decor upgrades since The Clinton administration. A couple of the tables were unusable and every chair I tried was wobbly. Carpet was stained and everything looked faded and dated. Time for a remodel.

Fries were burned (black) and cold! That has to be hard to do! Sandwiche had less than a tsp of cheese or any other ingredients. It too was cold and bun was wet!!! Drive thru customer service was cold, unfriendly and rude. For $11.06, fast food these days, ya think you could at least cook it properly!!! Would not even give this place 1 star! Guess the nearby restaurants were packed and this place had 1 car in the drive thu…that was a sign! And I did share it with the feedback site. No response.

Went through drive-thru today and sat for awhile before I nicely said hello and asked if anyone was there. I was rudely told they were short-staffed and they were helping a customer at the counter. When I pulled up to the window, the employee, who looked like they may have been a manager, did not look at me or say anything. The food was cold and old. I am sorry that you are short-staffed, but that is no reason to take it out on customers.

What the public needs to know is what employees are showing up, are working the jobs of 3-4 people. When others don’t show, they are expected to do multiple jobs during their shift. These employees are also not responsible for the ordering of food, condiments and other stock, but have to deal with the angry customers that can’t get what they want. Then ask yourselves what they are getting paid! Some are making way less than what they should be, but don’t feel like they can quit because of other financial obligations!

This is why I don’t eat fast food. Got a turkey bacon ranch wrap. They smothered it in way too much ranch and added onion after I said no onion. And I’m pretty sure the guy who got my mozzarella sticks wasn’t wearing gloves. Did not see a single adult working just all teenagers who did not seem like they knew what was going on

Very slow. And very rude. No Arby’s sauce. No cups to put sauces in. When asked if they had cups to put sauces in, says I don’t know and walks away. Very dirty lobby. Left our food sitting under the heat lamp for 15mins.

We stopped for a quick dinner pick up before we continued traveling. The person who actually took our order was great and you could tell she was busting her behind to get things together. The rest of the crew not so much. What should have been a quick in and out ended up taking 20 minutes, though there was only one other person in the store.
