OMG I was saved by this location. I drove from Jersey and had not had a hot cup of coffee, this one came in clutch as a parent of a ESU student coffee was hot fresh and hit the spot at 9AM in the morning after 2.5 hour drive!

I’ve gone to this dunkin two days in a row and had the best experience and the best drinks! The man who made the drinks is friendly and personable and made sure to address mine and my sisters modifications. Yesterday I had a medium iced coffee, and they upgraded me to a large because of the wait time and it was SO good! Today I got a raspberry matcha latte, and it was the best matcha i’ve ever had. despite living in east stroudsburg, I’ll definitely be going to this location from now on 🙂

Everyday is a new employee that does not know what they are doing…they just forgot my juice had to come back after I realized it and they charged me instead of apologizing since I literally come here every day since I live down the block…extremely unorganized ..I will go out my way to other location!!!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. they always mess up my order when i order a sandwich with no cheese and say i am allergic and they always put cheese on it when it’s on the receipt and order ticket no cheese. this morning i ordered a caramel cold brew that was it and they gave me the wrong coffee 2 times. it is getting absolutely ridiculous there. they cannot get an order right at all.

I asked for a dragonfruit refresher with GREEN TEA, i even confirmed the order before they gave the total. Lo & behold, there was no green tea in my dragonfruit refresher and this is NOT the first time they’ve done this. This is the first time I’m finally saying something though. I also asked for the avocado toast with their snackin bacon on top… this was what I had. Not a single slice of bacon… embarrassing. I don’t know if you think those crumbles of bacon suffice, but why am I paying for the bacon just to get sprinkles of it? Ridiculous. Do better.

I usually love Dunkin’ Donuts but this one is terrible PASS IT. The staff is so rude and it is so dirty inside. They always give me the wrong order AND their rewards in the app DONT work. I have tried several times to redeem free coffee or donuts that I had in my app and it didn’t work, and they told me “oh well.”

Probably by far the worst Dunkin in the Poconos. If you are waiting ten minutes at the drive-thru, unfortunately, you cannot get out, you are basically boxed in. I came on a couple separate occasions to see if their customer service has improved and haha nope. They once ran out of Donuts (LOL) and no one from the store put up a sign or anything to that effect so I was basically waiting in line for nothing. Another occasion, I had my Dunkin app open to pay and they said, we aren’t accepting the app as payment at this time. I mentioned to them that they need to have a sign or something and they said, “Oh it got busy.” Not my favorite Dunkin. I feel bad cause the employees are most likely treated like garbage by the management and/or owners.

There is no energy here, staff is slow, I have waited in drive up with 2 cars ahead of me for over a half hour…2 CARS! Ridiculous and then I get to the window see my drink sitting there but no one bringing it to me at window, no hustle. I started going to a different location but they started doing the same, now I don’t go at all.
