We went to try the new milkshake. We were so excited to try it, well we waited over 10 minutes and saw several other orders go out. All we ordered was a milkshake and a water. Shouldn’t take 10 minutes, went up to ask for a refund. Didn’t offer to make a new one or apologize just gave us the refund. So after waiting all that time we walked out with nothing. Very disappointing, this chick fil a is always very slow but we have never not gotten anything.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star if they let me. Always previously had great experience with every other location in our local area. Today I ordered food online and parked in the parking lot. I sent my husband in to get our food while my daughter and I sat waiting in the car. 10-20-30 minutes goes by. I’m watching customer after customer walking to restaurant and back to car with their food. Finally call my husband, he ask if ordered at the right location, I screenshot the order. He ask someone if it’s being made, employee says “oh yeah”. Another 15 minutes goes by and nothing, now I’m mad. I call my husband back, apparently they never started the order because they never found the order until my husband asked for the second time and got the manager. Order been sitting for over 35 minutes. They rush the order, forget the drinks, husband has to wait again and ask for the drinks, they apologize, decide to give us “entree” meal free cards. Fast forward to getting home, get everyone’s food out.

Madyson is always wonderful at the drive through I felt like I needed to leave a review just to say that! She’s sweet kind & patient when I genuinely don’t know what to order! This location is always fast, & for the most part almost always correct. Out of the dozens of time I’ve been here I’ve only ever gotten no straws ONCE, & they missed my fries once but I let them know via phone when I was already long gone & they gave me a free fries reward to make up for it. But these incidents are extremely rare! I appreciate all they do & are all wonderful. I always try to come here than any other location!

The food is always great and always hot. The service is always friendly. My biggest complaint is the drive-thru is very slow each time I come. I wait over 15 minutes. It’s almost worth it to drive the extra 4 miles for the faster service. Hopefully they will get this review and step it up a little bit. It doesn’t look like they’re shorthanded because there’s always 10 or 15 people behind the counter.

Grabbed a chicken biscuit to eat while driving. The biscuit was small, smooshed flat and most of it crumbled off. The chicken was so small and thin. Very disappointed! My chick fil a back home is so much better

Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a Chick-fil-A! I will not be returning. The management is dishonest and not concerned about the customer needs at all. I ordered online and it was my fault I went to the wrong location and breakfast was about to end but I called and the manager (I believe her name was Emily) stated my meal was not made yet and they can start it so I agreed because my concern was having cold food. When I got there a few minutes later my food was ready but it appeared to be cold so i asked a manager at the counter about it and all she could say was breakfast is now over and they didnt say nothing but said “Sorry”?! Sorry didn’t satisfy me but I could tell the manager wasn’t going to go out her way to make me feel better so I left with my cold food! I will not be going back because I felt like if this had happen to me at any other location the outcome would be different!

This location is very well kept. The potted plants, parking lot, drive-thru for all very neat tidy. Food was consistent! The drive-thru staff was friendly and personable, AND I did receive the delightful phrase “My pleasure” !!!!
