This meal was really good. The ambience is fun. We will come back for dinner now that we have tried lunch. The portions were decent and matched the price points . Tried the pollo carnival and the boracho del Pueblo. Both are flavorful and memorable. The decor is eclectic and inviting. Wish I could gobble more stars.

Stopped by here on the way to the airport, and are we glad we did. Figured I’d go with the brisket tacos, being it Texas and all. Best tacos I’ve had in a while. The wife had the Horchata run and blue floutas, and she gave them both a thumbs up. I’m definitely coming back for more!

Café Veracruz always offers great food and excellent service. Going during dinner may be a loud environment for some, but it doesn’t take away from how awesome the restaurant is. Pictured here are some Enchiladas Huastecas, salsa is not spicy but you can request one if you want to give it a kick.

What a great service staff. They were all very attentive and nice. We were all big fans of the red salsa which was mild and the enchilada salsa was perfectly spicy. The food was really good though I will say the Tacos Al Pastor tasted more like adobo pork and one too many tortillas for the amount of meat in the plate. Other than that, the lemonade was fresh and tangy, not at all overly sweet. The red rice and black beans were tasty and the fried plantains were an added bonus to the plates. Overall, delicious and truly authentic Mexican food.

Cool place to eat! Chips were great, salsa was even better. Great spice to the salsa. Always a great way to start the meal. The burrito for dinner was amazing. There was more toppings than meat I felt but overall great flavor and great presentation. Employees were all great!

The food is excellent, the sauce was hot and tasty. But the main reason why we go there are the margaritas with different flavors. I recommend the one with passion fruit.

I got to say one of the authentic Mexican restaurants I’ve been too in bishops arts the woman who work here are really nice and very funny if you talk to them I had a great time with my family here and everything was so perfect! The food here is so good I wanted to stay and try their huge burrito my brother got but they had to head back home but let me just say this.. COME HERE! This place has so much space and accessibility for handicapped wheelchair individuals but that’s only in one section they have stairs to go to the other side of the building

The place itself looks really nice the red walls the painting on the walls the atmosphere is really you can say romantic.
