I have lived in the area for over 10 years and never in those years I gotten a descent hot delicious KFC meal. It’s either too cold, salty, or just not fresh food to eat. I will never be presenting myself to this Kfc again Employees needs a happy meal to put a cheerful smile or proper greeting and exiting of customers . This place needs an re-evaluation of food servicing in general.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. They just don’t care and they’ll sit there and try to justify their reasons for giving you less food than what you paid for. Human error she says, yeah right it’s apparently human error every single time in every single visit. That’s code for “We don’t care about our clientele and we’re not going to attempt to correct the way we run the business”. Don’t waste your time here, they lost me as a customer last night.

Now I dont come here often but this time was bad. I came around 10:00 pm and the drive-thru line was not long. The young lady who took my order at first was very helpful with me ordering. She was also very patient while i looked over a few things. First how fan you be out of all dark meat chicken for 20 minutes. Thats a long time to have people waiting for food. Since they were out my girlfriend who was upset had to choose something else. When we get to the window and receive our food we started to pull off when we noticed a mess in our bag. We looked and sauces had exploded all over my food. Not to mention my order was half out the container it was in. Plus my order was wrong. i even tried to come to the door after jus coming out of the drive-thru and the workers jus looked at us and kept having there conversations. I understand sometimes mistakes happen but presentation should be a priority next to order checking. I hope they can get there stuff together or looks like ill be goin to popeyes.

Only giving one star because there’s no option for no stars. I went there for dinner and knew that I would have to wait for my food which wasn’t a problem. The problem came when I had been waiting approximately 20 minutes instead of the 12 minutes that I was told that it would take to complete my order. I went through the drive thru and eventually went inside to see how much longer it would be. The young man at the register from the drive thru was polite as well as the young lady at the register on the inside. The problem came when the young lady at the register went to the manager about my order and the manager had such a nasty attitude and a very sarcastic response as to how much longer my order would take to be ready. At first I asked for a refund then realizing that since I paid with a debit card that my money would be held up by the bank so I said that I would continue to wait. After reading other reviews I see that other customers have had similar issues regarding the same person and it baffles me that such a big company hasn’t addressed this manager’s rude behavior. I called corporate bright and early this morning and its not something that I take lightly and don’t do this often. However this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY establishment. By the way I am a manager at a retail store and would never treat a customer the way that she treated me.
