This Popeyes Is By Far The Worst and Cant Ever Go Back Here Again. They Are Extremely Unprofessional and Lazy. Seems As Though They Never Have Your Complete Order or You Have To Wait For An Hour Even If You Put In A Mobile Order. Workers Have Horrible Customer Service and That Whole Location Needs To Be Shut Down and Start Over. If I Could Give This Popeyes A ZERO I Would. This Youree Drive Location Is Just Trash and Needs To Be Closed. Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Just A Waste Of Good Land. I Hope The CEO or President Sees This and Takes Action. Came for lunch at 1130 on a Saturday. They were not busy. We were not greeted. The lady checking us out looked annoyed that we came in. She didn’t know her managers name. The food was cold. I needed a gift card and they did not have any available. We will not go back. We got 2 meals and it was $30. Waste of time and money. Bathroom was disgusting.

Stood in line for 10 minutes was never asked anything. The manager or supervisors kids is running around in here with no shoes and a blanket from home jumping on counter and his mom won’t get off the phone. 6 workers and not even busy … at lunch and can’t even order… no tea no lemonade. What is the point of opening.

Honestly, I don’t know what happened to this location, but….it’s BAD. Pulled into drive-thru ordered a 12 pc meal and two sandwiches about 4pm. They said oh we don’t have chicken cooked right now then.”Asked if I could wait 15 minutes.” I was like, sure, cool. Pull to the side door and wait. During my 15-minute wait time, about 6 or 7 other vehicles passed by due to no chicken being ready. But after car number 8, I see boxes being handed out the window behind me. So I walked in to ask how my order is coming along, and they said they forgot, strike 1. Waited inside, and I had to wait for now more chicken to be cooked. So I watched until I saw the chicken put in the box and sides in the bag. They gave the biscuits meant for my order to others since they forgot about me. Roughly was at that same location for about an hour. They had me the bag of what I thought was my full order until my wife looked deeper in and now chicken sandwiches. So, I had to go back in and get those cooked to complete my order. All in all, I’ve had a good number of bad experiences with this spot, but I never felt the need to do a review until now. This location most likely won’t survive much longer, especially when a new one is about to open closer to Academy.

It took 30 minutes to receive chicken straps that were already cooked. Two front employees were working. The cook was cleaning the floors and cooking without washing his hands. The manager stayed in her office and did not help her crew. She only emerged once to answer a question and returned.

I got to the store and had to wait about 20 minutes for my mobile pickup order that they didn’t start on till 10 minutes after I arrived. I placed the order about 10 minutes before I left work (right down the street). I asked the lady for ranch and she couldn’t find any to give me. When I got back to work to eat, I ate a few pieces of my nuggets and then broke one in half to fit it in the ranch I had at work. THE NUGGET WAS NOT FULLY COOKED!! The batter falling off should’ve been the first hint, but I opened the rest of the nuggets and they were not finished either. I am guessing that the ones I ate weren’t fully cooked as well. Highly dissatisfied with Popeyes! Will not be returning!

It’s just not what it used to be! The chicken was horrible! Dry and seemed as if it was fried in old cooking oil. I felt the staff tried, but, just didn’t have what they needed to work with. Haven’t wanted any chicken since! The store was not clean and they ran out of bags for the food! Omg!

I did not eat here however, I did watch all the employees work with no a/c on 8/4/2023 when i went in around 6:50pm. They had a box fan, not even a shop fan or industrial fan. And the cook, DeAndre offered to blow it my way while I wait for a door dash order. FIRST Popeyes needs to be sued for having their employees work I conditions like that. It is already 100+ outside, on top of fryers and heat lamps going in the kitchen! Only reason i gave 1 star for atmosphere. Even i started to drip swear hust waiting for my order. 2nd their lobby computers were down so they were forced to work off one computer at the window. HOWEVER, despite the circumstances the manager Makayla was friendly THE WHOLE TIME, she was quick, memorized orders at the counter while she waited for the PC to open, all whilst expo, boxing food, and even going on the line to drop food in the fryers(she said they were short handed that night which blew my mind because they were still doing better than any other Popeyes ive been in). Please excuse me if I’m spelling names wrong but DeAndre and Quan were very polite cooks and focused on getting their orders out. It killed me to see everyone(other employees too that I didn’t get their names) working together efficiently IN THAT CONDITION! As a doordasher I’ve gone into a fair share of Popeyes and this one is always the best! I can not brag enough on Makayla the manager here for running a tight ship and keeping her composure under harsh conditions. I’ve worked in food and beverage for years, all positions, she is over qualified for what she has to put up with. Literally had a smile on her face the whole time and even helped customers order what’s best for what they were looking for! Such a great team! They should ALLl be acknowledged for their great work! It’s hard to find that these days.

Gave me cold fries out the drive thru window and no straws.. I asked if I could get some fresh fries and was told to pull up that they’d bring them and my straws out. 10 minutes later I walked in myself and the girl working the drive thru ran and hid… because she had forgotten about me in the drive thru, there was no other cars in the drive thru.
