I had ordered 2 small blizzard and a regular cheese curd. Idk what the girl on the headset was on because when I got to the window and they handed me a small cup full of cheesecake pieces I was a bit confused. Then they said “oh that was a mistake” and handed me my blizzards and walked away. I sat there for a moment and she came back to the window and asked if I could pull forward. I asked if I was gonna get a refund and they said no. They charged me near $5 for a small cup of cheesecake pieces. A regular cheese curd is not $5 so I wanted the difference in a refund. I got my curds and drove home. Not coming back again.

What is going on at this Dairy Queen? Every time we try to go there to eat a sign is on the door saying lobby closed. I called shortly before we came to see if the lobby was open and one of your employees said rudely it is right now and I ask if it will be open all evening and he again answered rudely I don’t know. Shortly after I called when he said it is open right now we left and when we got there the sign was on the door saying lobby closed. It was like he put that on the door right after he hung up from me. We always ate at that store but I will not wait in that long line at the drive thru. This is the only restaurant I still see after Covid that closes the lobby.

I had the weirdest experience there this afternoon. We ordered our food mine was supposed to be a meal, I didn’t know that it didn’t come with a drink my husband said he had ordered a drink, the kid got so confused by the coupon my husband handed him that he had to ask for help so he must not have heard my husband request for a soda..After he rang us up I asked for our drink cups. He told us we didn’t order one. So I was like okay. Just ring me up for one, my husband was like yeah just get one we can share. Instead the kid just handed us some cups that I was told were water cups. My husband said he was smiling as we handed them to us., So I figured he was done with us because the whole coupon drama. So he didn’t want to mess with ringing us up for a soda. I went over to get my soda with the water cups because that’s what I wanted in the first place I figured he was thinking yeah just go get the soda. A manager sitting at a table yelled at me in front of everyone. Instead of going up to the cashier and asking him first. He chose to yell at me. Of course the boy wouldn’t admit to his mistakes. I went up there to pay for my drink, but they made it so uncomfortable and weird that I was just ready to leave. They could have handled it so differently. I begged them to look at the camera. Unfortunately they must not be able to hear anything, so they chose not to believe me and I called to get them to hear me out again because I was so upset with how I was treated. The lady on the phone treated me even more badly and told me not to come back there again just because I so desperately wanted them to hear me out. What is wrong with people today. When I was a kid I would have been fired for disrespecting a costumer the way they did me.
