Horrible service. I ordered 4 drinks and the guy at the window was rude. Went back in because he gave me one of the drinks in a small when I had paid for a medium. I also wanted to get one of the drinks hot instead of iced. I told the girl in there and she replied with “uh” and turned around and grabbed the rude guy. He told me you ordered all iced drinks. I said ya my mistake I meant for this to be hot. Still charged me and was rude and didn’t care. So I spent over $30 on 4 drinks. Completely ridiculous. If you hate your job go work somewhere else.

I moved to Streator back in December and I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin. I think they have the best coffee for fast food around. There is a male worker with glasses-Indian (using for description I love all races) who is probably the nastiest acting fast food employee I’ve ever ran into. I stopped going because of him. He throws my drinks and ALWAYS has a terrible attitude. I don’t know if he is the owner but they need to evaluate him. Today I went through because I wanted something fast. Didn’t have decafe iced coffee. While I was ordering tea he cut me off and I ordered that new chicken pepper wrap. Not only did he throw my sandwich but it wasn’t even ROOM TEMP YALL. I had to come home and warm it up. He needs to be fired because it’s ridiculous. I get not wanting to work with the public but don’t make everyone else especially your customers suffer because of your nasty attitude.

I went here for a week while I was out of town for work. The guy at the counter (I’m assuming an owner) had my order memorized by day 2 which I really appreciated. He always gave me the correct order. I went to the Dunkin in Pontiac, IL today and they didn’t get my order right and the avocado toast with bacon had stuff on it I asked to have removed and the baristas just told me to “pick it off” without apologizing for giving me the wrong order. The bacon on it was just burnt bacon bits instead of strips. That’S why I want to give the Streator Dunkin a shot out. They were much much better there.

It was honestly the worst! There’s tons of flies, the place isn’t maintained, they’re always out of half of their items, and the things they have are 50/50 if it’ll taste old or not. One guy was being rude to other staff over drive and was angrily calling right by where I was trying to order made it impossible to hear the person. Didn’t even want my coffee anymore. Baskin side is suuuuper overpriced too. Don’t see why a latte needs to be $7 and a milkshake is $10. Don’t even bother!!!! just go elsewhere

I would give it NO stars if I could! They have been out of skim milk for weeks and today they are still out of it so ordered a strawberry drink as an alternative and they are out of strawberry mix. I know they are hiring but who would want to work at a place that can’t keep product in stock! I’ve been a loyal customer daily for a couple of years but after today I will go to Starbucks! BTW the owners or at least the man owner is the rudest person he should really do only the behind the scenes paperwork and not be up front by the customers!

This place is terrible! I DoorDash, I received an order for a sundae. I go to pick it up at 7:40 pm and the store is closed. They are supposed to be open until 8:00 pm. I also don’t want to hear the excuse that they have no staff! Every other restaurant in town has no problem staying open until their regular closing time even with a staff shortage. The OWNERS should be the ones staying late if you don’t have staff!!!! Lastly, when someone is there and I pick up an order, I always have to ask them to put the order in a bag, seal it and include a spoon or straw! SMH! This place needs new owners or they need to shut down!

Let me start out by saying this was first and last visit there. We were completely rushed through drive thru, ordered 1 dozen donuts, received 6 incorrect. Then bite into them and they taste like at least day old if not older. Jelly donuts should be soft, not hard. Of course tried calling to complain but no answer.

This local establishment is a hit or miss. The owner does a wonderful job in ensuring that quality product comes out every time. However, his manager (which I believe is his son) often forgets items, mixes other orders up and has sent out sub par product.
