This location is the absolute worst! Each time I order through door dash, they always forget something and also the quality of food is terrible. The chips are always greasy, yet hard and stale upon arrival and I will not be ordering from them again. Ive tried, but Im done spending over $50 for food, just for terrible quality of food and also poor service. Go to the one that is located on 86th and Michigan you wont be disappointed, this one is a complete joke.

This place is horrible! Every time I go here the chicken is burnt , the rice is hard (undercooked), and the wait is ridiculous even with no customers in line. Trash! I prefer the one off 86th street near Buffalo Wild Wings and 5 guys. They have the best service

They were rude and just not friendly at all. Would stare weirdly. I asked for a bowl just for when my burrito would fall apart and she just handed it to me so rudely. Seemed mad I asked for sample of the chicken & steak. Food also was not tasty at all. We couldn’t even finish our burritos due to the taste. ALSO GIVE ME MORE CHEESE IF I WANT MORE CHEESE

Seemed very disorganized. Catering dishes were in the way on the front counter. There were toppings all over the place. The two meats I was interested in were the pulled pork or the Cholula chicken. Both were out.

Friendly staff, and food was good. Unfortunately we ordered online and they got our order wrong (missing items). To their credit they were understanding and tried to correct for the mistake once we notified them. I will definitely eat at this location again, but I definitely will not do the online ordering again.

I had a very bad experience today during my lunch break. I had ordered my lunch for pick up at 11:15am. When I got back to my job my husband and I began to eat our food. Upon biting the first part of the quesadilla I noticed a big bolt on my quesadilla. I was in shock on to what I have bit into. I went back to let the associates know what i had experience and everything just went wrong. the associates working at that time didnt care on to what I had to say. There was a lady that was very unprofessional and said what do you want. I let her know that there was a bolt on my food and she still didnt seem to care. in a rude manner she then asked if I wanted her to make me another quesadilla or what. I felt very uncomfortable for the way this associate was treating me. There was another lady there and they just kept passing the issue to one another (again reminding you that I was on my 30min lunch break) she finally just handed me a coupon to make things “better” I am filling this complaint due to the poor etiquette your associates have at this location. Especially the way to handle things. How can a bolt be in a quesadilla. was this an intentional thing? I am very upset on what happened. I have been buying from Qdoba constantly always trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. I am always having an issue, that location needs to be addressed or closed until further and proper training is done. this was just unsanitary! I hope to hear back from this. This location has not only placed a big bolt on my quesadilla but they also always get my order wrong.

What I just witnessed was utter incompetence. Had to of been this kids first day on the line. Soft taco for my kid with an uncooked corn tortilla that fell into shambles when my kid picked it up to take a bight when we got home. Side of queso that might have been 1/4 full. I got the brisket nachos which was all fat ( not to mention the guy put FOUR labels of queso in .. upon paying, the girl filled up the chip bin with burnt chips. And the whole meanwhile there’s what appeared to be a manager with the night leader I’m guessing, talking, completely oblivious to what is going on right in front of them. I had a bad feeling when I arrive at 7 p.m. and there was no other customers there. Done with Qdoba

The girl that made my Oder and rang me up was super nice but the food was a completely different story. The queso, I don’t want to say gross but it had zero flavor. It was flavorless. It didn’t taste good. And the shrimp in my shrimp bowl was old and/or overcooked. They must have been sitting in that water for a long time. Needless to say, very disappointing.

If you want Qdoba, go to the one on Michigan instead. This one isn’t the cleanest, they got out order wrong even after correcting them 3 times, and not all of their items were available. Service was less than stellar as well. They also need to service their soda machine. It’s leaking water when getting a drink
