Called in an order and the person who took my order repeated the pizzas the exact way I wanted them. Whenever I picked up the pizzas I noticed that my Hawaiian pizza had the red sauce instead of the BBQ I ordered. When I called about it the manager said the order that came in says red sauce and not BBQ so my store made it correctly. When I told him that when I called it in the lady repeated BBQ sauce 4x. The Managers response was “next time your ordering pizza make sure it’s ordered the way you want it, I’ll make you a new pizza it’ll be ready in 15 minutes.” When I got to the store I tried to tell the manager that the person who is taking the orders must have clicked the wrong buttons he interrupted me and said ” I am making you a new pizza are you satisfied with this option. If so there’s really nothing else to talk about.” I will never return to the store.

The crew that worked closing shift on May 20/21 are absolutely stellar and handled themselves professionally and competently under immense pressure of a bunch of last minute orders. For realsies, these guys are rockstars and super chill and great customer service while knocking out orders and verbally apologizing to the waiting customers for the longer than usual wait times. Give them raises they definitely deserve it.

I don’t have time to go online for a “walk-in” “special” that you should give me over-the-phone for being a loyal customer!
