Wow, it’s been a long time since I experienced great customer service from the time I entered until I left. I was greeted immediately by smiling faces and asked if I was ordering or picking up. I was given an estimated time for my order to be ready, and it was ready on time. My order was correct; the food was hot, looked, and smelled great. I was told thank you and asked to come back again. It’s disturbing to see pizza prepped with bare hands while also touching other things besides ingredients. Is this normal? Please incorporate fresh gloves when prepping pizzas. Practice good sanitary habits.

Zero stars if I could. I placed an order at 8:45pm, it is now 11pm and my delivery order is still in the first “prep” phase. I called twice just to check on my order, and both times after being on hold for five minutes I could hear someone hang up on me. I’ve worked in food service and this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be getting my money back.

This Domino’s does not take the time for their customers. My daughter gave me a coupon for a free 2 topping medium pizza. I had to order more to be able to use the coupon so I took the opportunity to try some new items. I got the Primavera pasta bowl and the Philly sandwich. After ordering I got a call from Michael the store manager letting me know it would be 2 hours before delivery because he was short drivers. He offered to cancel my order right away. I wasn’t worried about the time so I kept the order. I was looking forward to trying something new and understood his situation. I did ask him to please make sure it was right. Well the order was completely right and got here in less than the full 2 hours. The driver was pleasant and the food was still warm (not hot). My problem was not with staff, delivery time or price. My problem was totally food quality and preparation. The Philly was hard dry and lacked filling of any kind; there were only 2 thin slices of mushroom and barely anything else on it. The pasta was dry, crunchy and had 2 spinach leaves and 3 pieces of tomatoes; with no mushrooms at all. The pizza was free, I won’t bother with it, needless to say it lacked attention from whom ever prepared it. I called the store (not to get my money back; I worked as a manager and understand Michael’s dilemma) but only to inform them of the food quality being sent out. Having an off night should NOT affect food service to their customers. I hardly got 3 words out before he instantly was telling me he would refund my money. I tried to explain that was not why I was calling. I just wanted him aware before too many others complained. I got the polite quick brush off. Some times people don’t call to complain, they call to help improve customer service. Wonder if he even bothered to make sure the quality of food was better. This call could have saved him money and not cost a refund if he had stopped and listened instead of rushing.

The night staff is awesome. I ordered 2 large pizzas with 5 toppings around $26. The taste is really good and we went around 10:30pm closing time but they agreed to make pizza for us.

I like this Domino’s. Not only did they call me to make sure my order was correct but upon learning that I didn’t eat meat they changed my free surprise from wings to a brownie because the nice lady on the phone (i didn’t catch her name) was really paying attention while checking my order. A great contrast to other locations that accidentally put bacon or chicken in my pasta
