Every day I come here and they’re always cleaning their latte machine. I worked at Dunkin the latte machine gets cleaned at night so for them to clean in the morning it’s just an excuse so they don’t make the it for us unless there is a serious problem with the latte machine. Also hire more people y’all are slow but there nice.

Everyday I come here expecting a different outcome, and usually everyday either my order is wrong or it takes 30 minutes for a coffee….would give 0 stars if I could. Flies are constantly around the food, and getting my order wrong multiple times a week is just amazing.

Seemed like 5 mins passed before being acknowledged at the drive thru. I finally pull up to the window and let them know I had a mobile order. I was then asked what I ordered. What is the purpose of a mobile order when they don’t even read them so of course my order was incorrect. Seriously they don’t care and they are lazy. They should be grateful to have work these days and they should really brush up on their customer service skills.

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Yesterday the girl making my coffee had her mask below her nose. The Health Dept. should know about this. Today I waited in line for 45 min. before placing my order and then when she handed me my coffee the lid came off and the coffee spilled in my car. Whoever the manager is for this location should be fired.

Sorry to say the workers don’t care or are just lazy. Latley it is even worse. The workers can’t fill an order correctly. I ask for a powered jelly donut, I get a jelly stick, I ask for a lg coffee light and 6 sugars i get a coffee with no sugar. It happens to often at least 3 out of the 5 days I go there the order is wrong. Recently i hold up the line to check my order and again the wrong donuts two days in a row.

Went there around 6 this morning the girl taking my order had the worse attitude so I told her to forget my order and I went to lordship and everyone there was happy to help me. I would have like to continue to go there but don’t think I will!!! teach your employees better customer service!!!

I am a DD Perks Member, which I would recommend to anyone who visits Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis. This particular Location has its ups and downs just like the others. There’s been a few times I’ve used Order on the Go via the App and have been overcharged due to the Cashier not completing my Payment, but instead forgetting and charging me for the next Customers Order. This has happened to me at another Stratford Location. I’m more aware now. I’m never offered a Receipt, that’s part of the problem. As for Coffee Quality, sometimes I find that despite using the On The Go, I still have been given the completely wrong Order. On a positive note, I’d say I’m satisfied 8 out of 10 times. If a mistake is made, they fix it & that’s what matters.

I usually have an okay experience here but my coworker received our order wrong twice on separate occasions. Ordered a BE&C and the bacon was missing both times 🙁 A small but valid complaint.
