There literally a 6 min drive to where I’m at. I’m 7 months pregnant and waited a hour a 30 min before calling, so I call them and “oh sorry we don’t deliver to that location” WHAT? they are literally 6 min from my hotel. Who ever picked up the phone to take my order didn’t know the specials and obviously that you didn’t deliver to the address I provided, I then spoke to the manager Bay she was rude speaking to me with attitude and now pushed me to where I never order from papa johns again, I will not tolerate to be treated as such, when it was them that failed on there end and only had so apologize for there mistake. She said the girl was training which I do believe cause she literally had no knowledge over the phone so if she not fully aware of your menus or location on delivery she shouldn’t be picking up the phone. Now I had to walk to Marco pizza pregnant thank a lot guys you lost me forever idk what’s been going on with papa johns customer service but it’s getting horrible!

This place is entirely too expensive to be serving trash . New to the area…Ordered here yesterday all the toppings for the pizza was in the middle of the entire pizza. They didn’t spread it out over the entire pizza. It was cold, It tasted like flour an under cooked. Was truly disgusting. Also ordered the stuffed crust cheese pizza. It was stuffed, but the pizza itself was flat an nasty.

They never get the order right. We talked to the assistant manager said we would get the whole meal free again when we order. But when we called he never made a note about it so we had to oder something different and pay for it. They still got order wrong. They gave it to us for free and was told the same thing. We call we get meal for free. But they had 3 strikes no more chances.

I will NOT recommend this restaurant at all. My family & I are visiting on vacation we ordered over $100 worth of food & we did not receive all of our food and when we called back the employee Isaac was acting very slow like he couldn’t understand what we were missing after being told over 100 times and when asking to speak with the manager Calvin he was saying the order was placed on the web but so what it was under my name and we paid our money and did not receive all of our food. We called a online number I guess they have a 3rd party that puts the order in online. The manager hung up and nobody picked up after we called again over and over. Our money was wasted and we had so many kids that went without food.
