Decent atmosphere, burritos are always good. I think they’ve lacked in quality of what they put in them over the years… and the employee that day could not wrap my burrito so it was more like a bowl in 3 tortillas ♀️ it was still good. Steak was a little dry but I always enjoy chipotle as a healthier burrito alternate

I go to this Chipotle often because it’s close to my work and they literally mess up my order every single time! The last time I went the guy said he was going to make sure they look out for my name next time and they’d be sure to get my order right well guess what… got my normal order that I get every time, a chicken al pastor quesadilla with white rice, sour cream, and honey vinaigrette. Went through the drive thru to get my order and didn’t think that after they handed me it that I would have to check cause the guy I talked to last time was there and I heard them saying my name before they even asked me for my name. So she hands me my order and I’m thinking that I’m good to go, they seemed like they were making sure that my order was correct. Got all the way back to work to find that I didn’t get my white rice AND I got regular chicken in my quesadilla not the al pastor chicken like I ordered. Also the quesadilla was burnt. I got chips and queso as well and my queso was cold. I don’t know how many more chances I can give this chipotle cause they literally mess up my order every time. But I did get a free entree so that’s cool I guess.

Sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes. Could see in the store and it was not busy. we were the only car there,, and we could see our order. one lady walked over to the drive thru window and messed about inside. repeatedly made eye contact with us but did not open the window. after two minutes of her intermittently staring at us,, we decided to go inside. she immediately got the order,, which was right by the window,, and looked guilty while doing it.

Yeah, same as everyone else. Very slow service. One guy who has a beard ran circles around everyone else. Chipotle locally (maybe nationally) is not even a shadow of itself past few years. All but couple locations, literally, do not run well. Cashier charged for “extra chicken” on my order but it was only marked “C” for chicken, no extra. No words were passed or anything. So why was it supposedly “extra chicken”??? Think I’m done with this company, which is a shame because I regularly stopped into Chipotle two or three times a week. So much for being a “leader” in fast food when it’s worse service I’ve had from any. Wow.

I assumed a Chipotle would be run as well as others, but boy was I wrong. Should have read reviews first. Ordered ahead for my order. Showed 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Went to front and asked if it was ready as it said on the app, but was told they’re working on it. 18 minutes later I go ask again and low and behold it was done sitting on the back counter the whole time. the trash cans were overflowing and used bowls just stacked up on counter with utensils. I get home and they forgot the guacamole I paid for and salsa. The Food I actually got at least tasted good. Definitely won’t go to this location again.

I’ve been here a few times. They consistently overcook their steak and nobody can roll a burrito to save their life. Actually the closest to decent they’ve come so far was two people watching the new girl do it. This particular trip the restaurant wasn’t clean and people were standing around. They also don’t ever seem to label the sweet/unsweet tea. Bottom line: they consistently fail to meet pretty simple expectations.

Ordered, got the entire order wrong, including the sizes. Went back, manager wasn’t buying it that my order was messed up. He kept asking “are you sure you checked everything?”. After he realized it was messed up, he gave us a new order. And guess what, the new order was also messed up. Didn’t even get a sorry, discount, extra guacamole, or anything.

Chicken was overcooked and staff seemed to be more interested in their phones rather than helping walk in traffic. Location was also out of several toppings. I had to wait for the staff member at the checkout to finish sending their text before even being able to checkout. Had to remind the checkout person what my order was before being rang up. Pretty displeased with my visit
