They’re lucky they got one star. I’m very disappointed in Arby’s. We just paid 7.19 for a Super Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwich and the thing is no bigger than a whopper jr. from Burger King. They used to be on a big bun. It’s ridiculous to pay that much for a tiny sandwich. The crew that works there aren’t very friendly either. Slightly bigger than a biscuit. Shame on Arby’s

Avoid at all costs. Not at all busy, walked right to the counter with no one there. We were standing there for 7 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After that, it took 30 minutes till we finally just got a refund. Seems like this was a mistake cause the manager didn’t know how to do it. This toon another 15 minutes.

Dining-in is not open and employee couldn’t give a good explanation as to why. Ruben $7.60 and honestly pretty cold. It does taste good but mushy cold!!! Don’t go to this Arbys. I was so dissatisfied. I will be honest, believe the bad reviews.

All of the employees just hate to be there. Every one of them have a horrible attitude. They are extremely slow. The building is old and just falling apart. Ceiling tiles missing, water stains all over. The tables are gross.

Staff was screwing around instead of serving customers. Our order took more than 10 minutes to be made, partly because they made the wrong sandwiches and had to remake them. Somehow the sandwiches were not warm even though they just made them, and even though they were supposed to be the same were completely different and incorrect. Both bathrooms were dirty and needed to be cleaned. We won’t be stopping here again.

Terrible service. Waited 15 min for our food. When we complained we were told my fish just went down….10 min after we ordered. Manager didn’t see what the problem was. My husband’s sandwich was barely warm. Hadn’t been to that location in a few years won’t be back.
