Aengo the employee is very rude and smacking the table and telling the customer that food will not be delivered to the table but you have to stand pick up. However, the Tent locator (refer the picture) says that “please place tent on the table and relax. Your delicious food is on its way!”

The food is good. It’s just that all the food is shrinking and the prices are rising. Anytime one spends $10 or more for dinner, you should be full. A sandwich, fries and a drink is over $10. These prices are crazy. The franchise that goes back to normal prices first will get all the customers – on general principle!

The manager thinks very highly of himself he’s also very depressed and hates his life anyways I asked for big mac sauce you would think I asked for a million dollars so the guy who was taking orders puts the big mac sauce in a big mac container by itself the manager comes out and he’s like you have to charge her for that it’s extra for sauce which I pay for sauce all the time and they always forget it and I said to the guy who was waiting on me it’s fine I will pay for it but the manager had such an attitude here like it wasn’t that big of a deal plus I didn’t ask for him to put it in a big mac container the guy who took my order did that himself and multiple ppl I talked to who went to this McDonald’s all said the manager is a jerk if they mess up orders he doesn’t want to give you free food he even tries to argue with you I was ready to tell him off last time like learn to be a manager or go back to school kid I know your job sucks but don’t be a you know what

The best way to gauge any McDonald’s is to compare it to other local McDonald’s. This one is the best in the area. You can tell the owner of this store loves their team and is proud to own such a great McDonald’s. Clean store, quality control, and a well trained polite team. If you want to experience the opposite, go try Malvern or Phoenixville.

The employees at this location are miserable and it shows in everything the do, from customer interactions to food prep. I went through the drive through and got a large mcnugget meal, asking for “a lot of ketchup packets but no other sauce,” and a plain cheeseburger. I’m currently staring at my receipt that says 1 cheeseburger – plain. When I got to the window for pickup, I checked the bag. Sure enough, no ketchup. To the guy who pretty much threw my food at me without a word, I said “can I have some ketchup please?” The dude grabbed about 40, literally couldn’t fit them in his hand and held them out with a pro-statis eyeroll. I was taken aback but at the end of the day, he’s allowed to hate his job. I just didn’t get why he was so nasty towards me. I pulled away and into Miller park around the corner. I set up on a picnic table for my two kids, which was when I realized the burger had everything on it and there was no straw for the drink. We were meeting up with friends, so I didn’t go back.

While staffing any McD’s will always be a challenge, this location is one of the few left with a modern kid’s playground. While I do prefer the fries and burgers at Wendy’s, I’ll give McD’s credit for catchy new menu items, including their awesome Frozen Cokes.

The female manager with the dark hair in a pony tail that wears a mask needs to work on her customer service skills. She told the guy at the window that I had to come in to get my shake, so I did. Then I stood there, waiting, like she asked until I’d stood there for around 5 minutes. I finally told her we still needed the large shamrock shake. She said “well I didn’t know.” I said, “You literally just told us to come inside for it.” She said something about she had to pull the order? I don’t know what that means, but we thanked her when she gave it to us and she ignored us. Do better.

Horrible staff they wanted to force me to use the kiosk when I had a special order. The person that took the order couldn’t understand english and got the order wrong. The manager was rude as hell going back and forth with me instead of understanding this was not my wrong but hers for putting a person at the front that doesn’t understand English.

I’ve been going to this McDonalds for over 20 years. The last couple times I’ve been there, the customer service has been awful. And when I complained to the manager, she threatened to call the cops. Never again. They lost a loyal customer.
