Okay so I have been craving a Philly and usually go to Jersey Mike’s in which we have none. I was telling someone and they recommended Lenny’s, 3 stars because the bread and cheese was amazing but it was skimpy on the meat, I even had two inches at the bottom with no meat at all. Close to half the meat I am used to and $17 for a large sub, I expect better.

Four stars for the cheese steak. One star for what the place looked like during the day. Just about every table had remnants of previous use. There was litter all over the floors. The trash can was busting over with food when I tried to discard my wrappings. I watched employees chatting in the back area, one on the phone leaning on the counter back to the front of the room. Someone should have been wiping tables, putting chairs in place, picking up the debris all over the floor. A group of about six ladies left and the table was left as is for the entire time we were there eating. Again, great cheese steaks but I worry about the basics of cleanliness from what I saw today. This was the Lenny’s in Coralwood Shopping Center.

Chain restaurant famous for its Philly cheese steak. Rightfully so, because they are fantastic! Service is fast. Order placed at counter and paid for. Self serve soft drinks and tea. Food is delivered to your table. Marquee Cinemas in same shopping center and much cheaper than movie food! Would be a great part of dinner and a movie. There are outside tables to enjoy your meal.

I’m really sad. I used to LOVE ordering Philly cheesesteaks from here, we ordered them very often but last week I received a GROSS Philly cheesesteak. It was so hard I couldn’t chew it, it was clearly meat from the night before as I had ordered right when they opened. I had ordered from Ubereats (like I always do) and they denied my refund because it’s “ineligible for a refund” whatever that means. I tried to call the store and no one answered so I wrote them on Twitter and instagram and no one wrote back. It was so bad I’m having a hard time ordering from them again.

I went to this location for the first time a little over a month ago since the first time I was there every employee in there every single time it’s awesome and their customer service top notch. I would give all of them a job because food can be great. But if the customer service is not there, you would be just more of the same and when you go to a place, and they remember you that says a lot it’s a good feeling to have awesome crew five stars all around for all of them

I ordered subs via Uber eats , and half of my sub ordered was so wrong I two people couldn’t even eat their subs due to allergic reactions . I called to inform Lenny’s Sub of my situation, and the manager was very nasty . She verbatim stated “you don’t understand how hard it is to make a sub and proceeded to hang up “ . Would not recommend this facility or the VERY unpleasant and unprofessional manager .

Ordered a wheat roll online. Got home with a white roll. Guy told me “Get the eff outta here and enjoy your sandwich!” The first thing on my receipt says WHEAT ROLL. It’s really not fair that I have to pay almost $9 for a sandwich I don’t even like because someone didn’t take their time and read the order.
